This fabulous villa ticks all the boxes. Located at the very end of a quiet cul-de-sac, just 5 mins walk to the lovely Playa Flamingo beach and all its amenities. This is the villa for your perfect holiday. The owners have furnished the villa to an extremely high standard and equipped it with everything you’ll need to maximise your enjoyment. The modern fully fitted kitchen is a luxury in itself with its under unit lighting. The spacious lounge/diner has wireless connection for those who wish to bring their laptop computer. There is also a PC for the use of guests with internet connection and a Skype phone. TV with satellite, plus home cinema system. You would need to bring your own DVDs and CDs. Patio doors lead out onto a partially shaded dining terrace which is isolated from the swimming pool for the safety of young children by a small wall with locable gate. There is also a fabulous roof terrace with amazing uninterrupted sea views over to Fuertaventura.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds, for 4 people sharing per week. Additional persons max 6 add £55 per person per week. Under 5 years go free. Less 10% for single couples. Less 10% for bookings of 3 weeks or more.
Changeover day
We prefer Thursday changeover date, but are happy to accommodate any day if it is at all possible.

Notes on accommodation
We welcome children to the property. An 80cm wall, with lockable gate, has been built to isolate the pool, for the safety of young children and peace of mind for Mum and Dad. An added feature is the amazing sun terrace on the roof which has been added January 2007. The panoramic sea views over to Fuertaventura are stunning. A lovely place to enjoy a glass of wine, watching the romantic sunsets.

Outside
The large partially shaded terrace gives a great opportunity to eat alfresco. There is a BBQ on a separate terrace. The gardens are very richly planted to give colour with many bougainvillea's, hibiscus, cactus, banana, yucca's, agave's, strelitzia, and more. The property is surrounded by 2m walls. The private electrically heated pool maintains a year round temperature of 28c/30c and is surrounded with large terraces with sun loungers for those lazy days.
Coast/Beach
The villa is about 550m from Playa Flamingo beach, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. Playa Blanca now boasts the longest coastal path in Europe. Many restaurants, gift shops, supermarkets and hotels are situated along its way. The Rubicon Marina is to the east of the town with an outdoor market twice a week.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx 30km away. There is a taxi service from the airport, which can sometimes mean a short wait and costs 40 euros. Or we can give details of a very reasonable, English speaking car hire company who will meet you at the airport and who accept credit card payments.
Further details
Cycling, diving, fishing, golf, mountain biking, paragliding, sailing, surfing, swimming, tennis, walking, water skiing and wind surfing are all available. We first bought in Lanzarote in 2002. We have always stayed in Casa Maylands, which is in the next road. Since purchasing Casa Chloe in June 2006 we prefer to stay there. We have purposely raised the walls to 2 metres to give total privacy. I have added Guests comments in the box below to endorse our opinion.

‘Well, holiday all over and back to work, but wanted to let you know the Villa was great and we really enjoyed our stay at Casa Chloe it is in a very good spot, as you are within walking distance for Playa Flamingo and the town. My son - in law was asking me if the Villa was free in the last week of August and how much would it be for 4 if you would please let me know when you can’.
