This beautiful detached villa has recently been completely refurbished to a high standard throughout. This property includes brand new stylish and upmarket furniture. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven/hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, iron with board. The comfortable lounge/diner has 2 x 3 seater leather sofas and a beautiful dining table with 8 leather chairs. The new private heated pool is surrounded by a large terrace with 8 sun beds with mattresses and a large shaded pergola with table and chairs for 8, a BBQ is there for your enjoyment. There are splendid views of mountains from terrace. The owners live within 2 minutes and are on hand for any matters that may arise. This villa is regarded as one of the best in the area therefore an early booking is recommended

If you want to go ahead and book this property we will require a deposit of £150. As I personally meet all guests on arrival you can pay me once you are here in cash, euros, sterling travellers cheques or if you prefer eight weeks before your arrival date. You can pay by paying funds direct into our bank account in the UK or sending a cheque to our address in Essex or for clients outside the UK you can pay direct into our euro account from any other euro account. We will of course reserve.

Change over day is normally Friday to Friday.

Accessibility
The property is ideal for wheelchair access. There are 3 large sets of patio doors that lead onto the main terrace and this property is all on one level. However there are 4 or 5 steps that lead up to the main walkway to the front door.

Outside
Our brand new heated pool has been constructed to the highest level by a local established company. Its main features are the roman styled steps that lead into the pool. The shallow end is approx 1 metre deep and the deep end is 1.4 metres deep. It has been fully tiled to a high standard. The pool also boasts underwater lighting that compliments the exterior lighting of the property. The pool lighting and filtration system all works on a timer therefore there is no maintenance required. There is a safety ring nearby. There is also an outside shower.
If you intend to use a pool whilst on holiday in Tenerife we strongly recommend that you choose a villa with a heated pool. Although the all year climate in Tenerife is probably one of the best in the world apart from the main summer months the temperature will drop in the evening, this will mean that the temperature in the pool will also drop. This is when you need the heater to top up the heat of the pool.

Coast/Beach
The beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc.

From this villa 3 major golf courses can be reached easliy by car.
1) Abama Golf complex distantance 4km.
2) Golf Costa Adeje distant ance 5km.
3) Golf Las Americas distantance 9km.

The nearest airport is Reina Sofia (Tenerife south) which is about a 25 minute drive away. Plenty of taxis are available at the airport which will cost about 30 euros each way. Or go to www.elmarservices.com for prebooked airport transfers.

The owner of this property lives 1 minute drive away. He is on hand at all times in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner also maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area.
We would also like to mention that the villa is in an established residential area therefore there is no building work going on near or around this property.
