Outside
A large extended south facing sun terrace surrounds a Roman style electrically heated pool approximately 8m x 4m. The terrace comes complete with a hardwood table and 6 chairs together with 6 sun loungers. The villa is surrounded by Canarian landscaped gardens with plants and shrubs set in pecan stones. The roof terrace gives stunning panoramic views of the area including the straits across to the island of Fuerteventura.
Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to the coast and the attractive coastal path into Playa Blanca town. The island has an excellent range of beaches with 3 main beaches at Playas Flamingo, Blanca and Dorada. Papagayo (considered to have the best beaches on the island) is 15 minutes drive away.
Golf
An 18 hole course is 30 mins drive away at Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport is 35 mins drive away. Car hire is recommended to enjoy the full benefits of the island. Driving is relatively straightforward in Lanzarote.
Distances
There are local shops and restaurants a 5 - 10 minute walk away. Playa Blanca town, with its harbour and sea front, has an excellent range of bars restaurants and several nightclubs and is a short drive by car. Taxis are plentiful (approx 4 Euros).
Further details
Within a short drive are many villages with excellent restaurants. The fish restaurants at the picturesque fishing village of El Golfo should not be missed. There is much to do in the locality with the new marina in Playa Blanca worth a visit.
