A beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in a small exclusive development. Amuley Mar 1 is a small exclusive holiday development finished in early 2005 and comprises of privately owned 2 and 3 bedroom houses surrounding a shared heated pool. It is only 250 yards from the sea, and only 5 minutes from the harbour, the town's bars and restaurants and the beach. As airport transfer can be arranged so you can forget the car for a week or two. Our property is furnished to a very high standard, and is fully equipped with all the usual requirements to guarantee an excellent holiday.

Private terrace with table, parasol and seating for 6 which leads to shared swimming pool area. Sun loungers also provided.
Golf
Approx 2 miles from house - Championship golf course. Host to the 2004 Spanish Open. You can hire all equipment. A second golf course is scheduled to open in October 2006.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is approx 5 miles form the house - an airport transfer can be arranged, though a taxi is only 10 euros. A car is not needed. All facilities are within an easy walk.
Distances
Property is in Caleta de Fuste. Capital Puerto del Rosario is 10 miles away. Corralajeo is 25 miles away.
Further details
Caleta is a family friendly resort with a superb crescent shaped gently sloping sandy beach, offering activities for all ages. In recent years the resort has benefited from the development of a new commercial centre on the opposite side of the bay which includes further shops, restaurants, a cinema and bowling alley. All the amenities outlined below, are within an easy walk of our house – you can forget the car for a while. Good choice of shops, bars and restaurants. (There is a list of recommended restaurants in our house) Entertainment at various bars, The Barcelo Club is strongly recommended. It is open to non residents and has quality entertainment every night of the week. Oceanarium (this is surprisingly good)/ usual harbour boat trips, including day out excursion on catamaran. Big game fishing. The excellent beach is not only safe for all visitors, it additionally offers, Wind surfing school, Camel rides, Sand castle school, Fishing net / rod fishing, Boat / paddle boat hire, Snorkel lessons. Water Sports including scuba diving, (there is a first class diving centre at Caleta), offering opportunities for beginners and advanced divers.
