The fully-equipped kitchen has an oven, hob, microwave, toaster and washing machine, iron and board and hairdryer. The poolside Club Restaurant and the Island bar serves food from breakfast until dinner. The new marina has jet-skiing, scuba diving, windsurfing, sailing etc. Fairways is just 10 minutes drive from the airport.

Outside
Patio doors from the lounge lead to the covered terrace with table and chairs, and our private garden set in beautiful botanical surroundings and looks down to the fantastic heated tropical swimming pool which is by far the best in the area. With its own island bar and club house restaurant you can spend lots of relaxing time at the pool, lie on your sunbed and have your drinks and food brought to you!
Coast/Beach
Just a 5 minute walk from the rugged Atlantic coast and only 10 minutes from the Marina beach and a coastal walk which takes you past bars and restaurants and leads to Golf del Sur and its vibrant San Blas town centre.
Take a trip to El Medano a typical canarian town with a lovely boardwalk along the beach. Or into Los Cristianos for its large sandy beach.
Golf
The apartment is set on Amarilla's championship golf course and within 30 minutes of four further courses to play.
Special interest holidays
Surfing, kiteboarding and bodyboarding are all taught at the surf school at nearby El Medano. All other water sports especially the exceptional scuba diving are all available within a short distance from the apartment. El Rancho Grande Riding Stables are set within the golf course, there are also tennis courts at the golf clubhouse where you can also eat and have use of the swimming pool.
Travel
Car Hire is recommended.
Reina Sofia, South airport is 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
Los Cristianos Port is also 15 minutes drive from the apartment.
Distances
Fairways is situated on the southern Coast.
Twenty miles to the north is the mount Teide volcano (the highest mountain in Spain) with many walking trails and climbs. A few hundred metres to the south is the rugged Atlantic coast with dramatic coastal walks. Here the beaches are shingle,but a short distance away in either direction you will discover safe sandy ones.
Nearbye is Los Abrigos, renowned for its many fresh seafood restaurants which surround a picturesque harbour.

An ATM is available at Fairways Reception and also at the Golf Clubhouse. If you require a bank visit Las Galletas, a canarian town well worth a visit.
