The Palms is a 2 bedroom single storey house which is in Las Americas II, a small residential development (59 properties) in Corralejo Parque, it has a rear garden, large roof terrace and a shared pool. The Palms has been furnished to a high standard boasting a leather/fabric suite and tasteful decor to compliment its surroundings. Changeover day
We are flexible as regards arrival and departure days. On the day of arrival the Palms will be available for guests from 15:00 hrs. On day of departure please vacate the house by 10:00 hrs for cleaning purposes.
| Bedrooms: | Bedroom one has a double bed and has the benefit of a large built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. Bedroom two has two single beds and also has a large built-in wardrobe and ceiling fan. |
| Bathrooms: | The tastefully tiled bathroom has bath/shower, wc and bidet. |
| Kitchen: | The American styled kitchen has light wood kitchen units with black work surfaces and has a stainless steel sink, ceramic hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer and a washing machine, accommodating all your holiday needs. |
| Living Rooms: | The lounge has a TV, DVD player, CD player and a games console, there is a library of DVDs and also a selection of games for use with the games console. The satellite TV provides many English speaking channels for our guests. |

Outside
The roof terrace boasts excellent views of the mountains and also views towards Lanzarote.
The large roof terrace is 60 sq.m. and is equipped with sun beds, table and chairs and a shower to cool off after a days sunbathing.
The back garden has been planted with a variety of plants and also has sunbeds, a table and chairs. The front garden has a large palm tree, some smaller plants.

Nearest Beach 1km (20 min walk).
Calleta De Fuste 40 min drive.
El Cottilo 20 min drive.
Golf
45 minute drive to the nearest golf course which is situated in Caleta De Fuste.
Travel
40 minutes drive from the airport (approx 38km). There are a number of car hire companies located within the airport terminal with reasonably priced taxis also being widely available. Car hire is recommended but not essential.

Baku water park, Corralejo 15 min walk.
Further details
In Corralejo there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, bars and of course not forgetting the water park and bowling alley.

A deposit of £75 is required on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to your holiday.

Just arrived back after spending Christmas in Fuerteventura. The weather was superb as was your villa “The Palms”. It ticked all of the boxes!
