Villa Rossi is a luxurious detached villa, situated beside the clubhouse of the magnificent 18 hole golf course in Caleta de Fuste. It has a large roof terrace with views overlooking the golf course to the sea and its own heated swimming pool surrounded by a spacious patio area to help get that perfect tan! If you like a break from the sun the main living room is fully air conditioned and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. The villa sleeps up to 9 people in comfort and is furnished to a very high standard. A beautiful child friendly beach is 2km away located beside the Atlántico Shopping centre, bars and restautants. Caleta de Fuste is only 15 mins from the airport of Fuerteventura, so you can be in the villa very soon after you land.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The pool is heated from November to March inclusive. Heating can be arranged outside these months at a charge of £50 per week. There is a charge of 50stg per week for the Living Room Air-conditioning, this can be arranged on your arrival, as not all guests request this. There are Ceiling fans in all the bedrooms. Prices based on up to 9 sharing. There is a complimentary welcome pack to all clients, so have a drink on us!
Changeover day
Changeover day is normally Wednesday or Saturday. The villa will be ready at 14.00 hrs and must be vacated by 10.00 hrs on the last day of your stay.

Notes on accommodation
The villa is on one level, so it is suitable for the elderly and children alike.
Outside
Villa Rossi has its own 8.5m x 4m private heated swimming pool with Roman steps leading you into the water. The pool has a rollable solar cover which can be used to keep the heat in, when not in use.There is a poolside shower for your convenience. The large Terrace/Patio areas include Pergola, Sun loungers, large table and chairs, sun parasols and barbeque.
The Roof Sun Terrace also has a private shower/changing room with views over the Golf course to the sea. The Mature Garden is professionally landscaped.
Coast/Beach
The main beach in Caleta de Fuste is approx. 2km away and offers a range of watersports.
There is a superb harbour in Caleta with a Sea Life centre, boat trips and diving.
There is a smaller, child friendly beach, opposite to the entrance to the Golf Course, behind the main shopping centre "Atlantico".
Golf
Villa Rossi is located beside the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Clubhouse. This magnificent 18 hole course hosted the 2004 Spanish Open and has a resident PGA professional. The course consists of 18 holes, a Par 70 with a distance of 6049 metres from the Mens Championship Tees, with 2 loops of nine, starting and finishing at the clubhouse.
Facilities include a Pro shop, Driving Range, Practice Bunker and Putting greens, Sauna, Gym, and the hiring of Clubs and Buggies.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is approx. 15 mins drive from Villa Rossi. A hire car is not essential but it is recommended to appreciate the island.
Distances
The main town of Caleta de Fuste is 2km from Villa Rossi.
(5 Euro max. by taxi "call out".... 3 euro return trip).
The large "Atlantico" centre is at the entrance to "Campo de Golf" comprising of Euro Spar, Burger King, cinema, 10 pin bowling, amusements, bars and restaurants.
There is a free bus that leaves from the Clubhouse (beside Villa Rossi) and goes to Atlantico and Caleta town centre every half hour.

The nearest bank is Sol Bank, located in the "Atlantico" centre with English speaking staff.
Fuerteventura is the second largest Canary Island and one of the least populated. The climate is warm and dry throughout the year, making it a perfect place to holiday, any time.
