Changeover day
We are totally flexible in this respect. Most of the airlines fly directly to Fuerteventura from every airport in the UK. Try First Choice; Thomson and Airflights and Easyjet, Monarch etc.

This beautiful apartment is set on two levels and is well appointed throughout. The first floor has a master double bedroom with 3 glass windows giving spectacular views across to the sea; and a bedroom with twin beds has patio doors leading to private sun terraces and sea views. The large bathroom features a corner bath with jacuzzi, shower and toilet. The ground floor living area has satellite tv, dvd, stereo, vhs, cd and has two large sofas, one a sofa bed. French windows and doors open directly on to the sun terrace and private swimming pool with luxurious dining furniture. The private kitchen has dishwasher, cooker, hob, microwave and fridge-freezer. There is a spacious dining area seating 6 with gorgeous oak furniture. |

Notes on accommodation
The apartments downstairs, are separated into 2 areas - a sleeping area with 2 adjoining twin bedrooms and a bathroom and a large living area and further bathroom, full kitchen and double bedroom. This is available as a "overflow" where necessary, perfect for teenagers or grand-parents basement hangout!
There is a washing maching available for all the guests.
Each apartment has an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
Very suitable for babies with highchair, travel cot, car seat, buggy and play equipment provided.
Outside
There are 5 separate large terrace areas to give maximum privacy surrounded by mature palm trees and aloe vera plants. There is a large swimming pool, solar heated and fully tiled, with sun loungers and gorgeous Oak dining furniture and carver chairs. The swimming pool is fully tiled, just like at 5 star hotels and has Solar Powered Heating, its very large and family friendly. There is also a purpose built barbecue. The back terrace is the size of a mini football pitch with full size table tennis table, baseball and darts, as well as football! There is a newly installed Canadian spa jacuzzi on the back terrace seating up to 8 adults (its gorgeous and huge)!
Coast/Beach
7-12 minutes walk to the world-renowned Costa Calma beach with exceptional golden sands. Costa Calma is well known for its' beautiful beaches and fantastic coastline. There are 352 beaches in Fuerteventura (one for every day of the year!). Fuerteventura is the Caribbean of the Canary Islands. From the beach at Costa Calma, you can walk 19 km along the coast in the golden sands, such is the size of the beautiful beaches.
Golf
Fuerteventura is a golfers paradise. The latest golf course is in Jandia, just ten minutes away. And in La Playitas there is a New 18 hole golf course which is fifteen minutes away. There is a five-star golf course at Caleta De Fuste that is just 40 minutes away. Morro Jable and the beautiful paradise beaches of Jandia are 10 minutes away. A five-star Mini Golf range is available at one of the local hotels with exceptional views.
Special interest holidays
Costa Calma holds the national windsurfing championships and is the kiteboarding capital of the world.
Travel
Puerto del Rosario airport is a 50 minute drive from the villa. There is plenty of car hire available should you wish to explore further; however car hire is not necessary because you can walk to a selection of shops, restaurants and bars and to the beach. We can organise transfers for small and large groups of guests.
Distances
There are too many places to visit to mention but they are all within public transport or driving distance. Oasis Park Zoo is just 10 minutes away which is a glorious day out; involving camel safaris up the mountains and crocodile shows.

Booking notes
We require a deposit of 20% upon booking (per week) and the balance within 8 weeks of departure. We will send a guest book with lots of information about the property, things to do and places to go etc.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We went to Fuerteventura and simply fell in love with the Island. Costa Calma is south of the Island which is largely undiscovered paradise.
Unique benefits of the property
The beaches are absolutely glorious. People say that the beaches are just like those in the Caribbean they are so beautiful. The water is aqua marine.
