This villa sits slightly elevated in an attractive pedestrianised urbanisation, giving it the best views in the area. It's so close to the sea we regularly watch dolphins. An easy walk of less than 10 minutes takes you to the centre of the village which has everything you could possibly want. Excellent range of restaurants to suit all budgets, bars, entertainment, lots of different shops, bank, internet access, dentist, doctor, car hire, tennis courts and a pebble beach. Wheelchair access is good from street to all ground floor, pool etc.

Outside
Property outside ground floor has private heated swimming pool with roller cover(very important in winter) to keep the heat (29 degrees). Large tiled areas for sunbathing, outdoor eating etc. There is a dining suite, a small palm tree, shrubs & flowers and barbecue. Big staircase to solarium covering entire building. 6 sunbeds plus comfy couch. Purpose built shade areas upstairs and downstairs.

Coast/Beach
The villa is only 40 yards from the ocean, and there is a pebble beach at the other end of the village, 10 minutes walk east. There is also a cliff top walk in the opposite direction.

Travel
Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia) is 25 minutes by car/taxi. Car hire is only for needed for exploring the island, we can give you information on car hire and exploration. Taxi from airport approx. 30 euros (£21).

Booking notes
Deposit of 10% required to confirm booking, remainder due at least 6 weeks before start of holiday.
