Both properties are set on the hillside and have fabulous sea views of La Gomera and the resorts of Fanabe and Del Duque. Both properties have been furnished to a high standard. The apartments are situated in a quiet residential area. A local supermarket and new for 2008 Restaurante pizzeria La Condesa within short walking distance. A new 7 screen multicinema complex has just opened in Aug 2007 which has a large shopping mall, supermarket and various bars and restaurants including Planet Hollywood, Mexican, Italian, Tapas etc,well worth a visit and only a 20 min walk from apartments. Both apartments have garage space, communal pools, and large balconies with table, chairs, loungers and BBQ facilities. Resort of Las Americas is only a 5-10 drive or taxi ride away. Close enough to bars and restaurants and far enough away for a peaceful holiday whichever you prefer.

Living room has leather settee, dining table and 4 chairs, widescreen TV,DVD, CD player and collection of DVDs, coffee table and patio doors to balcony. Bedroom 1 has king size bed, en-suite and bedside table, fully fitted mirror wardrobes and fan. Bedroom 2 has twin beds, bedside table and fully fitted mirror wardrobes. Main bathroom comprises shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. En-suite bathroom comprises bath/shower, wash basin, toilet, bidet and vanity unit. 45sqm balcony with table/ 4 chairs, 2 sun lounger sand BBQ facilities. Iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, washing machine in main bathroom. Cleaning and linen service prior to arrival and also on request at extra charge. Towels not supplied. |

Notes on accommodation
Both apartments are suitable for children and cots, highchairs etc available on request. Apartment 2 has lift facilities which could accommodate wheelchairs. However, location is on a hillside and probably would not be suitable.
Outside
Both apartments have well maintained gardens and communal pools and separate children’s pools and shower facilities, secure garage facilities, patios with table, chairs and sun loungers and BBQ facilities. Apartment 2 has toilets at the pool area and huge balcony 45sqm and range of plants.
Coast/Beach
Beaches are not within walking distance but only a drive or taxi ride of 5 mins will get you to the beaches of Las Americas/Torviscas/Fanebe and the classier beach of Del Duque. All beaches offer water sports facilities. Torviscas beach has inflatable climbing walls in the sea which is fun. Fanebe beach has soft play facilities and trampolines ideal for the kids. Del Duque is a classier beach with changing huts. All are lined with plenty bars and restaurants catering for all tastes.
Golf
There are a fantastic range of golf courses in Tenerife which is ideal for even a long weekends golf trip. There are 5 local courses within 10 - 20 mins drive from both apartments. Golf Del Sur has three x 9 hole courses: Amarilla Golf has an 18 hole course, Los Palos Gold is 9 Holes, Golf Las Americas has 18 holes and slightly further afield is Costa Adeje Course, designed by the internationally renowned Pepe Gancedo featuring 18 holes built around the natural Terrain. A 'must visit' for all avid golfers. Info on request.
Travel
Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia) is only 15 mins from the apartments (only 20 euros approx). Los Cristianos Port is only 10 mins drive and there are daily ferries to Lanzarote and the adjacent island of La Gomera.
Further details
Local supermarket. Aquapark in close proximity to both apartments.Resort of Las Americas and suburbs such as Porto Colon, Torviscas and San Eugenio only 5 - 10 mins taxi/drive away. Great restaurants and bars available to cater for all tastes. A 'must visit' is the Dubliner Bar located under the Las Palmeiras Hotel in Las Americas which has a fantastic live band from 10.30pm till 3am.
Booking notes
£100 non refundable deposit for each week to confirm booking. Keys either posted or you can be met at apartments by local representative. Remainder of balance to be paid 8 weeks before. No bookings taken for groups of same sex under 35. Couples and families preferred.
