Family run spacious apartment located in a quiet cul-de-sac. One of 17 privately owned apartments in a Spanish-style development with its own swimming pool. Stunning views of the sea, mountains and marinas. Two private sun terraces with canopy, loungers, large table and 6 chairs. Sandy beach, shops and restaurants all within a 10 minute walk. Ideal location to explore the attractive valley of Puerto Rico, with its fantastic sunshine record. Pretty marinas offer excellent water sport facilities, deep sea fishing, whale and dolphin watching and trips round the island. There are 7 golf courses, the nearest to the apartment is Tauro, 18-hole championship course plus 9-hole course, 5 minutes drive. Two other courses within 20 minutes drive. Flood-lit tennis courts, bowling alley and water park are all within a 10 minute walk. Two gyms and medical center in Puerto Rico and Internet access available at the Maracaibo Hotel across the road.

Puerto Rico is renowned for watersports; sailing, scuba diving, para scending, deep sea fishing, marlin, tuna, shark. Boat trips to see the whales and dolphins. Aqua Park, 2 excellent gyms, tennis and squash. 7 golf courses on the island. Nearest to the apartment is Tauro, an 18-hole championship course plus another 9-holes. Travel
Flight time from Gatwick to Las Palmas 4 hours. 40 minutes to apartment. Taxis available 24 hours a day outside airport; if required transport can be arranged by owner to and from airport.
Hire cars easily booked in Puerto Rico.
Once in Puerto Rico, taxis can be hailed from virtually anywhere and are inexpensive. Public transport is frequent and reliable. Public express bus
route 91 across road from airport - 5 Euros 06.30 to 20.30 daily.
Car not essential.

2 well stocked small supermarkets about 300 yards away, 1 open 24 hours. My agent who lives nearby can be easily contacted.

Booking notes
Price for the apartment is £375 for 2 people per week, £525 for 4 people per week and £675 for 6 people per week. £100 deposit is required at time of booking and the remainder 6 weeks before departure. Christmas and New Year weeks £750 for up to 4 people, £850 for up to 6 people. £200 deposit is required.
