The villa is in a quiet residential area but is just a few minutes walk from the many shops, bars and restaurants and an 7 minute stroll to the lovely beach of Las Cucharas. Costa Teguise is only a 10 minute drive from the airport and boasts some of the most luxurious hotels and complexes together with a golf course and aqua park. The villa is close to excursion pick up points, taxi and bus routes so car rental is not necessary.
