Situated just 30 metres from one of the finest beaches in Fuerteventura the apartment is ideal for a reasonably quiet holiday but with lots of sunshine, sea and sand. The balcony provides a lovely view of the beach and the ocean. A family of 4 can comfortably be accommodated with the bedroom providing double or twin beds, according to preference, and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room which, with the brand new kitchen area, is open plan. The apartment is located just outside the traditional fishing village of El Cotillo, a 500m stroll away. The popular resort of Corralejo, providing all essential facilities, is about 15 minutes drive. To enhance the pleasures of your holiday, car hire is recommended. The beach provides the safest bathing on the west coast, the lagoons, protected from the Atlantic waves by lava reefs, are warm and ideal for snorkelling. To the south of the village is a wonderful surfing beach.

Changeover day
Preferred changeover days are Wednesday or Saturday although other days will be considered, upon request. Arrival should not be before 14.00, departure is by 10.00.
