Two bedroom apartment. The main bedroom and lounge area both lead onto a stunning patio, which is completely walled, ensuring children’s safety and your privacy. There is garden furniture and a dining area for eating alfresco! The beach is only 2 minutes walk away through ‘geranium walk’ and the famous shopping area and restaurants are only a short distance further. All the rooms are furnished to a very high standard including a 32’ plasma tv (cable connected) all english channels( ITV, BBC 1 and 2 channel 4 & 5 + sky sports 1) are available and there is also a dvd player.

Changeover day
Changover Day Is Friday To Friday, But I Am Flexible Where Possible. Check-in Is 2pm, And Check-out Is 10am, This Is To Enable The Housekeeper To Clean The Apartment Before The Arrival Of The Next Guests.

Notes on accommodation
The property has ceiling fans in all rooms which ensures a cool nights sleep. The accommodation is particularly suitable for families with small children as there is no escape from the terrace and parents can relax knowing they are safe! The pool is also a delight for the little ones as it has a slide to keep them amused for hours and a pool table for the older ones. There is also a friendly pool bar where pepe & sue will give you a warm welcome. Breakfast is served from 8. 30am, and drinks, meals and ice creams etc. Are available until 6pm. (you can even get cooked chickens to take back to your apartment! ).

Accessibility
The apartment is wheelchair friendly as it is situated on the ground floor, with only 2 small steps up to the entrance. The shower is a double and easy to walk in and out of. The large patio is ideal for wheelchair users to sit in comfort and tranquility. It also has a second dining table to dine al fresco if preferred.

4 patio loungers with cushions, 2 outside dining tables and chairs and washing rack.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is only a 2 minute walk to the nearest beach which boasts the best surfing on the island. Surf boards and wet suits can be hired from the nearby "surf shack". 10 minutes further along the coast are stunning manmade beaches with sand exported from the sahara desert. Sunbeds and parasols are available for hire here, and there is a varied selection of watersports. There are also several restaurants and bars overlooking the beaches.
Golf
Tenerife is fast becoming a popular resort for golfers due to the creation of new courses. There are presently 6 to chose from: Golf las Americas (south), Costa Adeje (south), Golf del Sur (south), Amarilla Golf and Country Club (south), Los Palos golf centre (south) 9 hole. Travel
Reina sofia airport (tfs) located in the south of the island is only 16km away, it takes approx 20 minutes by taxi and will cost about 22-25 euros.
Booking notes
50% of rental price is required to secure your booking (this is non refundable), plus a £100 refundable on return deposit, for keys and damage to apartment and contents, (breakages will be charged for). We expect the apartment to be left in a clean and respectable condition, if not you will be charged for extra cleaning duties from your deposit. The final payment must be received 1 month before arrival date. When final payment is cleared keys will be dispatched to you.
