This quiet, very popular front line 4 star aparthotel is in an excellent location, just a stones throw from the marina in Puerto Colon which is on the desirable westerly side of Playa de las Americas. The complex is maintained to a high standard, and has 24 hour security and reception, pool bar, two pools (plus toddlers), on site family gourmet restaurant, hair salon and launderette. There is easy access onto 'Geranium Walk', a lovely sea front promenade which runs from Playa del Duque through Playa de las Americas and into Los Cristianos. Only 20 minutes drive from Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South - TFS) but not on the flightpath, and within close to beaches, bars restaurants and all amenities.

Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds.
For booking of three weeks or more a discount of £15 per week applies (not Christmas/New Year).
Changeover day
Normally Fridays, but may be flexible by agreement with the owners between May to Seoptember. The apartment will be available from 4pm on check in day although baggage may be deposited from 2pm. The apartment must be vacated by 10am on day of departure.

The balcony offers stunning sea, pool, garden and sunset views (1st photo below is taken from the balcony). There is a canopy which can be extended over the balcony should you prefer to relax in the shade.

Within 5 minutes walk (150m) of nearest sandy beach and easy walking to several more.
Golf
Club Atantis is ideally situated within a 15 - 20 minute taxi ride of five golf courses: Golf las Americas (9 Holes), Adeje Golf (9 holes soon to become 18), Los Palos (9 holes par 3), Golf del Sur (18 holes) and Amarilla Golf (18 holes).

Nearest international airport: Reina Sofia Airport (Tenerife South - TFS) at 12 miles.

Further details
The area is very well served by buses which will take you all over Tenerife. Mount Teide, Santa Cruz, Los Gigantes and Puerto de la Cruz are all within easy reach by bus.
Alternatively, taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap, as is car hire which is available from the airport.
For those who enjoy walking, (and are fairly fit!) or those who enjoy touring by car or bicycle, Tenerife has a wonderfully diverse landscape to explore. You will soon forget those first impressions of barren countryside, for Tenerife offers dramatic mountains, plunging ravines, wild untouched coastlines, lush green laurel forests and the spectacular moon-like terrain of Mount Teide - all within easy reach. There are also site seeing, whale/dolphin and fishing trips, scuba diving, paragliding, air park, water park and lots more - all available locally. From “Geranium Walk” you have easy access to Los Christianos, Playa de las Americas, Torviscas, Fanabe and Playa del Duque.
Booking notes
A deposit of £50 per week is payable to reserve your booking. The full balance plus a £50 refundable security deposit is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date. The security deposit will be refunded within two weeks of your return, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the accommodation and the return of the keys.
