This brand new 3 bed duplex apartment is set in one of the prettiest complexes in the heart of Caleta de Fuste. Directly in front of the property there is a beautiful pool with children's paddling area and fountain. You can relax on your private large sunny terrace that has patio table and chairs and 2 sun loungers while watching the children play in the pool or make use or the various sun loungers around the pool. Guadia is a couple of minutes walk from the shops, restaurants and bars. It is 5 minutes to the beautiful harbour and the horseshoe beach (brilliant for kids). Take a 2 minute drive to the championship golf course where the 2004 Spanish Open was held and the Atlantico shopping centre. The airport is 10 minutes by car. The apartment has been tastefully furnished to the highest standard and is well equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. It boasts 3 bedrooms 2 of which have balconies overlooking the pool. 2 bedroom also available overlooking gardens.

Both large bedrooms have twin beds with built in wardrobes, , bedside tables and reading lamps .The master bedroom opens onto a small balcony and the second bedroom onto the terrace. Bathrooms: Bathroom with shower, sink and wc. Kitchen: Large, fully fitted, well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob and extractor fan, fridge/freezer, washing machine and microwave. Living Rooms: Lounge/diner with 3 and 2 seater sofas, TV and DVD player, sideboard, coffee table and dining table. Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: Towels and linen are included and a full clean is given at the beginning and end of each stay. Mid week clean/linen change can be arranged. |

Booking notes
A deposit of £100 is required for confirming the booking that is held until your return. Deposit is non refundable if you cancel your holiday.
