Villa Maria is set in its own beautifully landscaped grounds with uninterrupted views of the mountains. The large heated swimming pool which is completely private enjoys all day sunshine. The inside is spacious and cool and is decorated to an exceptionally high standard throughout. The villa design revolves around the outside terrace with 4 patio doors ensuring a wonderful airy feel to the whole villa. Even the master bedroom has direct access onto the terrace with both pool and mountain views. The terrace, like the pool has all day sunshine if this should suit but also has a covered area that ensures there is sufficient shade to both dine and relax during the hotter parts of the day, of which there are plenty. The barbecue area ensures that alfresco dining is a must. Fuerteventura offers a wide range of activities and water sports all within easy reach and Villa Maria offers the perfect alternative with stunning mountain views and relaxed feel, great to unwind.

The property is set within a 1000m plot with landscaped Canarian style gardens. Heated pool size 10m x 4m. Steps to separate sun terrace and shaded dining area. Brick built barbecue. Sun loungers, 2 separate patio arm chairs and dining area for 6.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is El Cotillo 10 mins, with its lagoon style unspoilt sands and quaint restaurant. Perfect for the whole family.

Golf
Established golf course 30 mins and new golf course due for completion 2007 in nearby Corralejo, 10 mins.

Travel
Fuerteventura airport is 25 - 30 mins away.

Distances
The nearest big town is Corralejo, however the centre of La Oliva is 1 mins drive which offers rural bars, small supermarkets, post office, chemist and bakery. Alternatively Villa Verde 2 mins has a larger supermarket where everything is available and several highly recommended restaurants, including the Rural Hotel.

A 30% deposit is required upon booking (non-refundable) with the balance paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
