Easter and Christmas rate covers rental of the apartment for 2 - 4 people but should you require an extra occupant please add £25 per person, per week for this period.
Changeover day
We can be flexible with changeover days depending on the season. Arrival 4pm. Departure 10.30am.

Notes on accommodation
Cots available on request. Accommodation is ideal for couples or families, the balcony overlooks the beautiful heated pool allowing children to be seen at all times. There is a poolside bar and restaurant open from 9am-7pm. Sorry no pets allowed.
Accessibility
The small number of steps from the patio to pool terrace have rails on either side for those requiring support.
Outside
Outside ground floor terrace with patio furniture for outdoor dining. Sunbeds (for apartment guests only). Size of garden terrace is great for young children to play, tiled, secure and suitable for garden toys, paddling pools. Private for sunbathing. The enclosed gate leads directly out to the large communal heated swimming pool, (with children’s section with built in slide) and beautifully manicured gardens. 1 minute walk to the beach and sea.
Coast/Beach
Outside of the private gates, the development is flanked by pedestrian walkways to 3 sides promenade to the fourth, which is palm lined wide and flat and leads to a choice of either volcanic or golden sandy beaches. Los Cristianos, or the centre of Playa de las Americas are only a 15 minute stroll along the beautiful coastline. From here you can view spectacular sunsets over La Gomera.
Golf
Numerous golf courses in the local area. For those who like golf you can play locally in Las Americas or within a 15 min drive you can try the courses at Adeje golf, Amarilla golf or Golf del Sur.
Travel
15 minutes from Reina Sofia airport (Tenerife South). Individual or shared airport transfers can be arranged though taxis are plentiful and there is a taxi rank a few metres from the main entrance at the airport and outside of the apartment entrances.
Distances
2 mins to all local amenities, variety of shops and restaurants. Parque Santiago 2 is a highly sought after complex in an enviable position located for easy access to Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos.
Further details
A short 5 min stroll will take you to Safari Shopping Centre with its dancing coloured fountains. Here you will find an abundance of designer shops such as Gucci and Prada, or duty free shops selling cameras, watches and jewellery, fashion boutiques and numerous souvenir shops.
There are fine selections of quality restaurants where you can eat Spanish tapas and locally caught fresh fish, or a more international cuisine of, Tepanyaki, Indian, Italian Mexican etc.
The poolside bar offers the facility of laundry on a per load basis. They will prepare an airport travel pack of food and juice and for a small fee will store luggage for those on later flights needing this facility.
Booking notes
Contact Owner. Upon booking the apartment a non refundable deposit of £100 is required, within 7 days. The balance is then payable in full 10 weeks prior to departure. A further deposit of £100 is required with the balance, which is refunded back to you upon safe return of keys and no damages / breakages are reported in the apartment.
