‘Villa Paraíso’ is on the outskirts of the small town Tias. It is less than a 10 minute drive from the airport and the beaches of Puerto Del Carmen and a few minutes drive to the town centre of Tias, where there are numerous good bars and restaurants, banks, shops, supermarkets and bakery. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 en suite and a separate third bathroom. There are 2 lounges one with satellite TV, DVD and Playstation, a dining area seating 8. All these rooms are open plan. The modern kitchen is large, with all the amenities that you require. We provide hairdryers, fans, beach towels and a security safe all at no extra charge. There is a large heated swimming pool and plenty of space for 8 sun beds. The patio from the TV lounge has a large pergola covering another 8-seater dining table and chairs, also under this cover is a 5-seater Jacuzzi and barbecue. In all there are 200 sq.m. of tiled patios. The master bedroom has its own 50 sq.m. patio with stunning views.

The prices are for the property per week, except Xmas, in UK Pounds. Children under 2 are free.
Changeover day
The normal changeover day is Thursday, taking possession of the villa from 2pm. You need to vacate the villa at 10am on the day of departure.

Notes on accommodation
Villa Paraíso has been furnished to a high standard for your comfort. There is a small selection of books and DVD. The bedrooms are spread well apart giving lots of privacy for mixed families. Three bedrooms have French windows leading onto patios. There are plenty of areas where one can find peace and quiet from the main group. The villa is family owned and we think it is fantastic, so we are sure you will feel the same.

Outside
The private pool is 8m x 4m and is solar heated in the summer and electric heated in the winter at no extra charge. The patio is very spacious with 8 sun beds, table, chairs and parasol. The master bedroom has private patio with 2 sun beds, table and chairs. The fourth bedroom has a small private patio with table and chairs. The third bedroom has access to the main pool patio. The large patio from the TV room has the al fresco dining, Jacuzzi and barbecue, this patio gives lots of shade for those not needing the constant sun we get.
Travel
We recommend hiring a car and this is easly pre-booked for pick up at the airport on arrival. It is also easy to obtain taxis. It is possible to phone or book taxis for trips from the villa, normally arriving within 5 to 10 minutes of booking.
Distances
Tias is only a few minutes drive to the town centre, or even a ten minute walk for the energetic. Beaches are a short drive away to the bustling resort of Puerto Del Carmen. As Tias is quite central and Lanzarote is small one is only 1 hour by car to any where on the Island.
Booking notes
A deposit of 25% is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your holiday start date.
