The upstairs consists of a bedroom leading onto furnished balcony. Bathroom with shower. Downstairs consists of open plan lounge with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. There is satellite TV, DVD player and DVDs and downstairs cloakroom with WC. At the rear of the apartment there is a small private furnished courtyard.

Changeover day
The changeover days are flexible. Guests to vacate apartment by 10am. Guests can arrive by 3pm. Exceptions can be made if property is vacant before or after.

Outside
The complex has a large swimming pool with shallow pool for kids. Both upstairs balcony and downstairs terrace are furnished with table and chairs. The private rear courtyard has table with chairs and two sunbeds.
Coast/Beach
The seafront is 2 mins walk away and 5 mins walk to the safe sandy beach where there is an abundance of water sports e.g. windsurfing, scuba diving and jet skiing. The island has 150 beaches to explore.
Golf
The championship golf course is an 5 minute drive away. There is a free courtesy bus outside the complex that will take you. The course recently hosted the Spanish Open.
Travel
Fuerteventura airport is a 10 mins drive away. Transfers from airport to Castillo Mar can be arranged at approx 25 euros return per party. Due to Castillo's central location car hire is not essential but is widely available if required and can be collected from airport.
Direct flights are available XL.com, Thompson Fly, Thomas Cook and First Choice.
Distances
The apartment is centrally placed in Caleta de Fuste a few mins away from bars, restuarants, shops and beaches.
There is a free bus service outside the complex that will take you to the Atlantico Centre. Caleta has an excellent bus service that will transport you to many of the main resorts. The capital Puerto del Rosario is 15 mins drive away.
Further details
Supermarket directly opposite complex. Cash point and telephones nearby. Leisure activities include crazy golf, ten pin bowling, wind surfing and many more. Ferry trips to Lanzarote available.
Booking notes
There is a £50 (non-refundable) deposit per week required to secure your booking. The balance will be due 6 weeks before departure. A £50 security bond per booking will be refunded
upon return of keys.
