The house is set in a small quiet private development with well maintained landscaped gardens incorporating colourful shrubs, plants and trees. With private direct access to the beach, you are 20 seconds away from the golden sands and the blue sea!

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The house is cleaned between guests, and has the linen changed on a weekly basis. There is a towel service 5 euros pppw bath towel, hand towel and bath mat. Travel cot for children up to 2 years old but please provide your own bedding for cot. |

Outside
The house is set in a private gated development with well maintained gardens. There is private direct access to the beach.
Coast/Beach
20 seconds stroll to the spectacular sandy beach of Costa Calma. Ideal for safe swimming, snorkelling in crystal clear calm waters. Beach great for walking, with access to 15 miles of the best beaches only 20 seconds from the front door - ideal for beach hikers. Excellent watersports - including windsurfing (windsurf school 5 mins away on beach), kite surfing and diving. Or, of course just sunbathing, on the sandy beach of on either of the 2 terraces!
Golf
35 minutes to Morro Jable golf course. 40 minutes to Caleta.
Travel
The airport of Puerto del Rosario is a 50 min drive away. Car rentals are available from the airport which we can help you arrange, and in Costa Calma town. Or a very reliable English taxi driver is available at very good rates.
Distances
All amenities are a short walking distance including bars, many restaurants, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy and doctors. There is a market twice a week approx 15 mins walk.
Further details
Oasis Park is less than 10 mins drive away, the islands main attraction of camel rides, parrot shows etc. There is also a large Garden Centre (free entry) A drive into the mountains offers a change to the beach and quiet havens such as the little town of Pajara. Wonderful sunsets can be seen at La Pared - 10 mins drive away. Internet access available in nearby hotel 7 min walk away.
