Beautiful villa in one of the nicest quaint ‘villages’ in the world. The villa is around 1km walk from the nearest beach ‘Playa Flamingo’, which, with it's selection of bars and the majestic views over the Atlantic to Fuerteventura under the tropical palm trees is totally idyllic. If it is hectic nightlife you are looking for, please don't book, this is just not the place for you!

The kitchen is really beautiful as well. Comes complete with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, sink and all other mod cons. |

Comprehensive, with washing machine, dryer, sink etc. Also keeps the mountain bikes and various bits of holiday equipment you don't need to to bring! |

The lounge / dining areas are well set out, looking onto the patio and pool. The TV has a limited Sky package, (plenty of cartoon and music channels), channel 4 all day, CNN news as well. More than enough for a holiday! |

The design of the property is such that most rooms open onto the patio/pool area. Only Bed 3 doesn't (which is good). Only 3 or 4 steps and you are in the pool! |

Outside
The private pool is heated all year round, and the newly planted gardens are maturing nicely. At night, the garden and patio areas are illuminated with coloured lights. All of the sliding patio doors lead onto the pool as the design of the villa is such that you could be in the pool four steps after leaving any of the rooms! Secluded and yet close to the village this place is ideal. The nearest shop is just 3 minutes walk away!
Coast/Beach
There are 4 beaches of which Playa Flamingo, is the closest. Around a 15/20 walk/stroll from the villa, this beach location has a few bars and restaurants. In an idyllic setting looking through the palm trees towards Fuerteventura, with the beach in front it is quite serene.
Golf
A golf course is planned for the future but as yet no development has started. The nearest golf course is approx. 35 minutes drive away in Costa Teguise.
Skiing
I am afraid there is very little chance of skiing in Lanzarote, where the sun shines on average 350 days each year and the rainfall is minimal.
Special interest holidays
No special interest holidays are catered for. Only relaxing by the pool, reading books, but if you need to, there are mountain bikes for cycling, and plenty of snorkeling to be done on the beaches. There are also plenty of dive centres, where you can get diving tuition from beginner to expert.
On Playa Blancas newest beach, there is paragliding, banana boats, water skiing, fishing boat trips and all sorts of water based activities.
Directly behind the villa there is a small volcano which makes a great walk each morning. The views towards the mountains, Playa Blanca and Fuertaventura are spectacular from there!
Travel
Arrecife airport is as about a 25 mins transfer time away by taxi or hire car. The taxi cost is around 30 euros.
Distances
Lanzarote is quite small, and it is possible to drive round the whole island in around three hours, visiting the many places of interest. The Montana del Fuego (Mountains of Fire) is of special interest. The Canary Islands were formed from volcanoes and the restaurant there still uses the heat from the volcano to cook the local delicacies, sardines, chicken etc.

A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve the villa and the total must be paid 8 weeks before the arrival date
