Our beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom house is the perfect holiday "home from home", relax in the private, secluded garden or by the large communal pool. The house is located on a quiet residential complex in the Costa Antigua area of the island close to the busier resort town of Caleta de Fuste, they are joined by a beautiful coastal walk which is inhabited by hilarious chipmunks. The spacious accommodation and year round sunshine ensures a stress free holiday for both couples and families. A comfortable and beautifully furnished house is the perfect holiday "home from home".

Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Check in is normally 2pm and check out 10am. This can be flexible.

| Bedrooms: |
The spacious main bedroom has a double bed, ample storage and the panoramic window has a sea view. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and ample storage. |
| Bathrooms: |
The main bathroom on the first floor has a powerful shower over the bath. Bathroom 2 on the ground floor makes for a comfortable stay. A hairdryer is provided. |
| Kitchen: |
The kitchen diner is fully equipped and seats 5 for dinner. There is a full cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave, toaster, toastie maker and kettle. |
| Utility Room: |
Iron and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: |
The spacious lounge has a large L-shaped sofa, TV, DVD player, CD hi-fi, Sony Playstation and a selection of games, DVDs and CDs. We also provide a portable air conditioner for a small additional cost. |
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
All towels and bed linen provided. We request you bring your own beach towels. Maid service is weekly. For a small charge a welcome pack of groceries can be arranged. |
Notes on accommodation
Each room has a ceiling mounted fan, there are two further tower fans and for a small fee a portable air conditioner can be provided.

Outside
The small private garden is very secluded. Being north facing it enjoys sun and shade. There are 2 sunloungers that can also be taken to the pool and a large table and chairs. A barbecue is provided to make the most of outdoor living.
Coast/Beach
The house is 2 minutes from the coastal walk that will bring you to the busier resort town of Caleta de Fuste with its horse shoe shaped sandy beach. The coastal path takes 20 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by taxi.
Golf
There is a European tour quality golf course a 10 minute drive from our house with another one under construction. there is a free bus service to the golf course from a near by hotel.
Travel
The house is only 15 minutes form the airport. We do recommend car hire. There is however good public transport links including a free bus which departs a nearby hotel and links to the golf course and the Atlantico Centre shopping complex. Private tranfers to and from the airport can be arranged for €15 (payable locally).
Further details
There are a number of shops, supermarkets, ATM's, car hire outlets and bars within strolling distance of our house. There is a superb bakers / cafe right on the entrance to our complex.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit confirms your booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks before travel. Full payment is required if booking within 8 weeks of travel. We also request a £100 refundable breakages deposit. Full conditions are available on our website.
