| Bedrooms: | There is a large master bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes with an ensuite bathroom. There are double doors giving access to the pool and patio area. The twin room has 2 single beds and fitted wardrobes with a window overlooking the pool and patio. |
| Bathrooms: | The ensuite bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and toilet plus a safe for your personal belongings. The 2nd bathroom has a walk in shower, sink and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | The kitchen is equipped with a cooker and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher and microwave. |
| Utility Room: | You will find the washing machine in the utility room together with clothes dryer and ironing board. |
| Living Rooms: | The comfortable lounge has satellite TV Video and Hifi/CD sound system. The Villa has been tiled in marble throughout which creates a cool airy feeling. |
| Other: | Leading off the kitchen is a large dining area with a beautiful marble table with seating for 10 people, wonderful for those alfresco barbeques. There is also a child safety fence to stop little ones getting to the pool. |

100% cotton linen and towels (not beach towels) are provided. |
Notes on accommodation
The Villa is suitable for children of all ages. Baby equipment is available at the Villa and there are numerous games and a book library for all ages.
Outside
The Villa has wonderful volcanic mountain views and is a short walk to the coast.
There is a large terrace area which is enclosed by a wall which adds privacy and keeps tiny feet in and there is a child safety gate to stop little ones getting close to the pool.
Coast/Beach
The coast is a 2 minute walk away. There are some magnificent coastal walks for those who like walking and there is a pavement sea front promenade that runs from close by to the Villa into Playa Blanca itself.
Golf
30 mins approx to nearest golf course.
Travel
Arrecife airport is approx a 30 minute drive away. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
The Villa is a 5 minute drive away from the village of Playa Blanca with its pretty seafront promenade and selection of pavement bars and alluring fish and traditional Spanish restaurants around the harbour.

We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
