Located directly opposite the Los Gigantes Holiday Centre, the apartment is ideal for couples and families. The apartment is within minutes walking distance of a variety of amenities, including many top class restaurants, and the area's 3 communal swimming pools.

Bedroom 2 with twin beds. This bedroom also has a built-in safe for storage of your valuables.
Bathrooms: En-suite bathroon to bedroom 1 with large walk-in shower, wc and basin.
Separate individual bathroon with bath/shower over, wc and basin.
Kitchen: Spacious open-plan kitchen containing large, built-in fridge-freezer, oven, ceramic hob, built-in washing machine and dishwasher, and microwave.
Living Rooms: Large, open-plan lounge and dining room with Freeview TV, video, DVD and CD player. The dining area has a table and seating to accommodate 4 people.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included in the price, and are changed on a weekly basis. The apartment is cleaned immediately before arrival, at the halfway point if staying for two weeks, and on departure.

Outside
The apartment has 3 terraces. The front terrace overlooks the area's 3 tennis courts and gives stunning views of the village. It contains a dining table, 4 chairs, and 4 sunloungers.
The side terrace off bedroom 1, accessed via the patio doors, also contains seating and sunloungers. If you prefer to stay in the shade, this is the area for you.

Coast/Beach
The small, volcanic sand beach is approximately a 10 minute walk from the apartment. The apartment has access to use of the Los Gigantes Holiday Centre swimming pool, which is directly opposite. The area's other 2 communal pools are also a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

Travel
The island's main aiport is approximately 45 minutes by car or taxi. Car hire is not essential, although families keen on exploring the island would be advised to hire a car.

Distances
All local amenities are within 10 minutes walking distance of the apartment.

Further details
The village is blessed with a multitude of fine restaurants, many offering fresh seafood and succulent meat dishes. A number of supermarkets are close-by, as are the banks.
For the sport minded, the apartment is situated opposite the Los Gigantes Holiday Centre, which has 3 floodlit tennis courts, and Crazy Golf.
The Oasis communal pool, has 2 water slides, a trampoline, a bowls lane and a tennis court, aswell as a fine restaurant.
Friends of ours have commented on the excellent Scuba Diving available from operators in Los Gigantes harbour, 10 minutes walk away. For further details, please contact us and we can provide the necessary contacts.

Booking notes
Bookings can be made directly with the owners subject to availability. A £100.00 per week deposit is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks before the start of the booking.
