Spacious two bedroom apartment in the upmarket ‘La Residencia’ development. Its exclusive position overlooks the pool and its walled garden provides the setting for a glass of champagne under the stars or a lazy breakfast on the patio! The apartment is 1 minute walk from the Fuerte Action shopping complex, which has a 'Neighbours-style' coffee bar where much local business takes place, a supermarket and an array of shops selling both useful and luxury items. 5 mins walk to a long white sandy beach. A 10 min drive takes you to Oasis Park, one of Fuerteventura's main attractions, which offers camel safaris, sea lion, bird of prey shows etc. 10 min drive in the other direction takes you to the old town and beachfront bars and restaurants of Morro Jable and the commercial centre of Jandia. The airport is 40 mins drive away. The beauty of Costa Calma is its unpretentious sophistication and relaxed atmosphere.

Notes on prices
Prices are based on a maximum of 4 people sharing; there may be a surcharge of up to 75 Euros (£50) per extra person up to a maximum of six people in total. Meet and greet / Cleaning fee of 80 Euros payable locally. Fully refundable damage deposit of 150 Euros payable locally at beginning of stay, refunded at end of stay subject to breakages.
Changeover day
Flexible. Available from 4pm on arrival day. Vacate by 10am on departure day.

5 minutes walk to Costa Calma beach. Costa Calma beach is long white and sandy, a haven for beach lovers. A wide choice of other first-rate beaches are a short drive away.
Special interest holidays
Watersports are available locally. Risco del Paso beach, 5 minutes drive away is the location for the European windsurfing championships and a water sports school offers first-rate training.
Travel
Puerto del Rosario airport is 40 minutes drive away.
The apartment managers can arrange airport transfers on request.
Distances
Costa Calma itself (1 minute walk) has banks, shops, restaurants, a nightclub, a doctors etc. The capital of Puerto del Rosario is 50 minutes drive away. Morro Jable and Jandia are 10 minutes drive away, offering a wide selection of shops. Caleta is 35 minutes drive away.
Further details
Oasis Park is less than 10 minutes drive away, the islands main attraction offering camel safaris, shows etc. The mountains offer an inspiring change from the beach and wonderful havens such as the little town of Pajara and Betancuria's traditional goat farm.

'We have just returned from 2 awesome weeks at the apartment! It is fantasticaly positioned close to beaches and good restaurants. The little tapas place at the top of the hill was a favourite. The morning and evening swim in the virtually private (we always seemed to be the only ones using it) pool over the road was spot on. We have a 14 month old little boy and the apartment and patio were ideal for him. This was the first time we had been to Fuerte but we loved it!'(Chris and family)
