The complex has a poolside bar/cafe and full service restaurant in the evenings, which is extremely popular. The apartment has been beautifully furnished to a very high standard and has a TV, video, DVD, stereo, fully equipped kitchen, hairdryer, washing machine and iron/ironing board. This is a studio apartment with all the comforts of home and the luxury of being on the lovely island of Tenerife with its tropical climate. The apartment’s tranquil balcony overlooks the swimming pool and poolside café, bar & restaurant. It is perfect for breakfast or lazy nights with a glass of your favorite tipple watching the Tenerife sunset! Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Arrival is after 2pm and the apartment must be vacated by 11am.

Outside
Two shared pools, poolside cafe/bar, poolside restaurant in the evenings, loungers (free) and parasols (charge) available. Beautiful balcony with table and seating for 4 that overlooks the swimming pools.
Coast/Beach
Beach and marina both accessible on foot in 3-4 mins. Puerto Colon Marina is only a short walk away where you can enjoy any of the many boat trips on offer including a trip to the nearby Island of La Gomera (a walker’s paradise) or venture out to watch the pilot whales and dolphins in their natural habitat. The championship Adeje Golf Course is nearby for those who enjoy a round or two.
Golf
There are a few golf courses within a short taxi ride. Golf Del Sur GC 15km. Las Americas GC 2km. Adeje GC 5km. Amarilla GC 12km. La Gomera (Fred Olsen) via hydrofoil or ferry.
Travel
Tenerife South Airport is 12 miles away and transfers to the apartment can easily be made by taxi directly outside the terminal building for approx 20 euros. If hiring a car head north on the motorway and exit junction 29, take first left over the bridge, (you'll see the hospital on the right as you come over the bridge), straight on through 2 roundabouts and take the first on the left, down the hill for about a hundred yards and Club Atlantis is on the left. You can hire a key for the barrier.
Distances
Santa Cruz, the capital is about a 60 mins drive. La Laguna is not far from Santa Cruz and is a World Heritage Site. Puerto del a Cruz is slightly longer but worth going to see. Car hire is quite reasonable. Los Cristianos is walkable, 1/2 an hour.

There are plenty of banks, restaurants, supermarkets, etc in walking distance.

About the owner
I am a 38 year old accountant, qualified in the UK, and a Mum of 2 small children. My husband works for an American firm and when they offered him a temporary assignment in the USA, whilst I was expecting our 1st child, it seemed perfect timing to take a career break and a good opportunity to see the USA. I jointly own the apartment with my Step Mum, who resides in Tenerife. She overseas the management of the apartment whilst I take care of bookings and the paperwork side of things. We are very proud of our apartment and strive to ensure our clients receive good quality of service and top notch accommodation. We have many clients that come back year after year and always receive excellent feedback on our apartment.
