The villa is just 10 minutes walk from the 5 Star Elba Palace Golf Hotel and Golf Club, offering a wide variety of services, including a delightful restaurant, and a relaxing piano bar. The villa is furnished and equipped to accommodate 6/8 persons. The villa is beautifully appointed throughout, with top quality furnishings used. An outside staircase leads to a large fully tiled sun terrace on the first floor, offering a 360° view taking in the golf course, the local mountains, the Atlantic Ocean and you can even see the local yacht marina in the distance. Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Babies up to 2 years old are free. A 30% non-refundablebooking deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is to be paid no later than 6 weeks prior to departure. Once the deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed. On arrival at the villa a fully refundable breakage deposit of £150/200 Euros in cash is required and this is returned to you once the property has been inspected upon departure.
Changeover day
We are flexible with the changeover. Please contact us for availability and we will be happy to assist you. We endeavour to allow guests to arrive/depart to suit their flight times; however, if this is not possible we adhere to 3pm arrival 10am departure.

The utility offers a high quality Bosch washing machine, and a portable airer. The utility is an ideal storage area for diving/snorkelling or windsurfing equipment. |

The living room is bright and comfortable with a combined dining area. There is a large leather settee. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a large LCD screen TV with a home cinema sound system. This is backed up with a DVD library and satellite. |

Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: |
The villa will be cleaned upon your arrival and towels and linen are provided. After the 1st week the villa will be cleaned, and the linen and towels will be replaced. The pool is cleaned and treated twice weekly by a professional pool cleaner. |
Notes on accommodation
Pool heating is provided by a solar pool cover. The cover needs to be put on each evening to retain the water temperature. If you require the pool to be heated by the electric pool heater an additional charge of £50 pounds per week will be required. There are ceiling fans in all bedrooms. All requirements for young children, cots, etc., can be hired at competitive rates. Smokers are requested not to smoke inside the villa.

Outside
The villa boasts a very large, heated swimming pool (10m x 4m x 1.5m) with Roman steps and a Jacuzzi / children’s pool along side the main pool. A spectacular waterfall cascades from the Jacuzzi into the main pool offering that tranquil sound of water flowing. The pool is situated on a south facing plot so it is bathed in the sun from early morning to late evening. Part of the Patio area is covered in with a large tropical wicker parasol cover offering shade for that wonderful alfresco dining experience. There is a built in BBQ - ideal for your Canarian cuisine and relaxing evenings. All the patio furniture is made from very high grade Iroko wood and its beautiful design adds character to the villa. There is a large table which can seat 6 to 8 comfortably, with 6 carver chairs, a coffee table, a garden bench and relaxers. Mountain Bicycles are available for hire with the property.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are near the entrance to the golf course. There you will find 2 manmade lagoon beaches, with fine golden sand which are safe for swimming. You will also find a stylish restaurant and bar that is located off the coast between the beaches, reached via a bridge/walkway 10 mins stroll from the villa. The large bay and beach of Costa Caleta can be reached in 6 mins by car. Here you will find a safe swimming area, water sports, diving, snorkelling and jet skiing.
Golf
Home to the Spanish Open in April 2004, a great many complimentary remarks were made about the course and the playing conditions that it has to offer. The course is a par 71 extending 6078 metres, with a mild descent from the Clubhouse Hotel towards the sea. The course is basically flat with the exception of the 17th and 18th holes. The 17th a par 5 gently climbs to a well-protected green and the 18th, a par 4, is a downhill dogleg that returns to the clubhouse. The dominating breeze comes from the north, and when it blows strongly, it converts the course into a real challenge for a player's skill. The course excels for its simplicity and beauty. On the course you will find three large lakes with a stream that meanders between them, with water fountains, several bridges, palm trees, and footpaths, making this a picturesque and relaxing course to play on. The 365 day a year course is comfortable to play, even in the middle of the day due to the constant cooling breeze.
Travel
Fuerteventura Airport is approximately 8 km away. A free shuttle bus service is available daily between the golf club, the commercial centre and Costa Caleta. This runs every half hour up to 10pm. The taxi service on the island is efficient and very reasonably priced. You can arrange a taxi from the Airport to the golf resort, for 15 Euro {approximately}. As a result car hire is not strictly necessary. However we would recommend hiring a car for part, if not all of your stay.
Further details
Fuerteventura is the longest, and the second largest of the Canary Islands. Despite its size it still remains sparsely populated, and has not undergone mass tourism development. The 265km of coastline offers beautiful fine sandy beaches that transform Fuerteventura into a paradise island. There is a wide range of leisure and cultural activities on the islands and many protected natural landscapes that can be visited. The golf resort is located in the middle of the east coast, close to Costa Caleta. This central location offers the ideal base for exploring the island. Costa Caleta is built around a horseshoe shaped bay, and the golden sandy beach is ideal for family holidays. Costa Caleta is rich in character, and offers a wide variety of entertainment, and fun areas for small children. On Saturday mornings there is an African Market offering a wide variety of souvenirs which are rich in African culture. There are a wide variety of excursions available at Costa Caleta, including trips to the endless beaches in the South, the sand dunes in the North, La Lajita Zoo and Botanical Garden, camel rides, water park, catamaran and boat fishing trips, to mention but a few. At the entrance to the golf course resort {10 min. walk from the villa} you will find the new Atlantico Commercial Centre, which offers a variety of restaurants, bars, cafes, a large supermarket, a cinema, a bowling alley, and charming up market shops. You will also find a large 'Spar' supermarket which will cater for all your food requirements. There are restaurants and bars overlooking the promenade and sea, with a pizza restaurant and a burger bar for snacks. There is a small games/entertainment area for the children and a ¾ length bowling alley (with a bar) for the whole family. There is a multiplex cinema too but as yet all films are shown in Spanish only. There are 2 internet terminals in the entertainment area for your convenience.
Booking notes
After your enquiry we shall hold your booking provisionally for 1 week to allow you time to book your flight. Please note we do not take any responsibility for loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered by you while staying at the villa and recommend that you take out suitable insurance before travelling to the island. We cannot accept any responsibility for maintenance/repair works which may be undertaken by any other villa on the golf course. Thank you.
