These spilt level villas offer peace and relaxation on the quiet resort of Las Rosas. Each villa is furnished to a high standard and is fully equipped (satellite TV, DVD, microwave etc). The onsite pool is heated all year and the resort has facilities such as WIFI (to some villas), mini market, bar/restaurant and a staffed reception. Most villas have excellent sea view/cliff views. The resort may not be suitable for those with walking difficulties.

Changeover day
Changeover day is Tuesday or Friday. Check in after 4pm. Check out 10am.

The nearest beach and the marina of Los Gigantes are a 10 min walk. Another superb beach can be found at the nearby village of Playa de la Arena.
Travel
Tenerife South (Reina Sofia) airport is 28 miles away and transfers can be arranged.
Distances
Within a 10 minute walk is the lively town of Los Gigantes which has many shops, bars and restaurants.

£100 non refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance will be required 6 weeks before travel.
