Casa Verano is peacefully located in Costa Teguise which is situated on the sea front and less than a minute’s walk to a small coved beach. The complex has three swimming pools, two of which are heated all year round and one which is adjacent to the villa / bungalow. There is a very large terrace and sunbathing area with table, umbrella, chairs and sunbeds. Costa Teguise with its shops, bars and restaurants is a 10 min stroll away. The main tourist attractions are all within easy driving distance. There are other beaches to choose from in Costa Teguise, all are within walking distance including Playa Del Jabilo, a short stroll down the promenade and Las Cucharas, also within walking distance. The only golf course on Lanzarote is a 5 minutes drive or taxi ride away.

There are many beaches to choose from in Costa Teguise, all are within walking distance. The three nearest being: less than a minute's walk away.
Playa Del Jabilo: A short stroll down the promanade.
Las Cucharas: Also within walking distance.
Golf
The only golf course on Lanzarote is 5 minutes drive/Taxi ride away.
Travel
Arrecife Airport is only 15 minutes drive/taxi ride away.
A car is not essential as everything needed for a relaxing holiday is nearby.
If you wish to explore the island, there are many tours available or are many car hire firms with reasonable rates.
Distances
The centre of Costa Teguise (where you can find everything you want, shops, bars, restaurants etc.) is only a 10 minute stroll away, but there are many restaurants and supermarkets within a 2 minutes walk.
The main tourist attractions are all within easy driving distance.
Booking notes
Please ring to confirm availability and make a provisional booking.
Bookings will be held for 48 hours, a 25% deposit will secure the booking, the balance being due six weeks before departure.
