This attractive three bedroom villa is situated just 50 metres from the beach in the picturesque fishing village of La Caleta, and a 10 minute walk along the sea front to El Duque Beach. La Caleta has a good selection of restaurants, including first class fish restaurants. Costa Adeje Golf Course and driving range are just a five minute drive. Casa AnnaMac is a spacious 3 bedroom villa with a large private swimming pool (10m x 5m and small baby pool) the pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, patio furniture and gas BBQ. The terrace and patio area is surrounded by mature trees and scrubs which are fully illuminated in the evening. The villa also offers guests a large, sunny, roof terrace with excellent views. Situated in one of the best locations on the South West of the Island, Casa Annamac is approx. 25 minutes away from Reina Sofia Airport.

The entrance to the villa has security lighting, gates with off street parking, and a front gate and a garden gate. The outside garden – pool – terrace area is surrounded by mature trees and scrubs, and colourful flowers and is fully illuminated in the evening. The stunning 10m by 5m swimming pool including baby pool annex (depth 1.5m – 1.8m in main pool and 0.75m in the baby pool) is surrounded by sun beds with mattresses and pool towels, large umbrellas, table and chairs and a full-size pool table, gas BBQ and an outside shower.
Coast/Beach
Casa Annamac is a short walk to the friendly La Caleta beach with a local restaurant and bar, and a 10 minute walk to the prestiges El Duque beach with water sports, bars and restaurants.
Golf
Tenerife is the ideal golfing destination. A year round, pleasant climate and concentration of world class golf courses in a small area make it a favourite of amateur and professional golfers alike. Casa Annamac - is situated 5 minutes drive from Golf Costa Adeje in La Caleta, and a short drive to the other courses on the South of the Island.
Remember that there are two golfing seasons in Tenerife:
High season – 1st October – 30th April
Low season – 1st May – 30th September

Travel
Reina Sofia (Tenerife South) Airport is approx 20 minutes drive to the Villa. Taxis are plentiful and relatively cheap. Car hire would be recommended to enjoy the island.
Distances
All within walking distance in the village, and the taxis and local bus service offer good value to explore further.
Further details
In the village there are a number of local shops, if you have a car there are two large supermarkets a short drive away, the local hotel in La Caleta sells British Newspapers, you can book a court and hire rackets for the tennis court situated opposite the villa.

30% deposit - non returnable on booking.
The balance of your holiday price must be paid 10 weeks prior to departure. If payment is not received by this time, your booking will be deemed cancelled and you will forfeit your deposit.
Monies to be paid as Bank Transfer.
£50 key deposit - returnable on receipt of keys.
Keys, map and directions will be sent to you on receipt of full payment.
