Semi-detached house in a nice complex of only 37 properties with a shared pool. We have two double bedrooms each having two single beds, and fitted wardrobes, two bathrooms one ensuite a fully fitted separate kitchen and a lounge and dining room, that seats six. There are two pull out single beds in the lounge which offer extra seating with the leather 3 piece. There is english TV, a washing machine, oven, microwave and a fridge freezer. There is a private patio off one of the bedrooms and a nice terrace at the back overlooking the pool.

Changeover day
The changeover day is Friday. If it is quiet we can make an exception.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | Both bedrooms have 2 single beds, fitted cupboards and wardrobes. |
| Bathrooms: | One en-suite full bathroom. Separate shower room with sink and toilet. |
| Kitchen: | Cooker, hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, fridge freezer, marble worktops. |
| Living Rooms: | Three seater leather sofa and two chairs to match, two coffee tables, two extra chairs which pull out to make two extra beds, colour tv with english channels, also a table with seating for six. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The property will be cleaned before you arrive and there will be clean towels and bedding provided, and a change of linen and towels will be made after a week, if you're there for two. |
Notes on accommodation
Suitable for most people as it is only 5 mins away from the beach. There are a few stairs in the property but are not steep and there are hand rails. It is safe for kids, as the complex is small they cannot leave the pool area, and keys are needed which adults have.

Outside
There are two tables on the patio which seat 6. There are six sun loungers the terrace is all tiled but we look onto grass area which surrounds the pool. The pool is shared but never too busy as the complex is small.
Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to Puerto Colon beach and marina, and 2 mins from the market. There are lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
Golf
There are a few golf courses nearby, I do have more info if needed.
Travel
The airport is about 15/20 mins away. Taxi costs approx 20/25 euro one way.
Distances
There is the water park with a free bus and go-karting.
Lots of excursions available locally.
Further details
Scuba diving and boat trips are available locally.
Booking notes
When booking, a deposit is required of £100 per week booked. The balance is due six weeks before departure.
