Our villa provides luxury accommodation at affordable prices for up to 6 guests. Casa Mariposa is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom property with separate well-equipped kitchen. It has a very spacious terrace, off street parking and is near the Montecastillo Centre in Caleta de Fuste.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds for up to 4 people. £30 per person per week for additional guests. Babies/infants occupying a cot do not count when accommodation costs are calculated. Prices include free private car transfer from the airport (return trips are pre-bookable for a small charge) and a generous welcome pack to provide drinks and snacks on your arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is completely flexible. Standard check in time is 4pm, check out 10am. However, (other bookings permitting) guests can arrive and leave at times which suit their flights.

| Kitchen: | The separate kitchen is fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and iron as well as all crockery, cutlery etc for 6 guests. |
| Utility Room: | There is an automatic washing machine and laundry sink in the utility room. |
| Living Rooms: | The large lounge/dining room has leather sofas and traditional Spanish style furniture, including table and chairs for 6. There is satellite TV with English language channels, hi-fi, DVD player with films, books and games. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
All linen and towels is provided. Linen and towels are changed weekly (or more frequently for a small charge). Two week holidays include a mid-holiday clean and linen change. |
Notes on accommodation
The garden and terrace areas are ideal for children as the villa stands in its own grounds with a gate. The house itself is bungalow style with no internal stairs.

Outside
The large terrace is furnished with BBQ, table and chairs, loungers with cushions, parasols and a heated 6 seater spa. Guests may also use the pool facilities at a neighbouring holiday complex.
Coast/Beach
Caleta's main horseshoe shaped beach is a 10 minute walk away and other wonderful beaches with sheltered lagoons can be reached within a 20 minute walk.
Golf
Casa Mariposa is a short drive to Fuerteventura's first golf course and transport can be arranged if required (for a small charge).
Travel
Car hire is not not essential for a holiday in Casa Mariposa. The airport is a 10 minute drive away and rental costs include free transfer from the airport to the villa. Return transfers can also be pre-booked for a small charge.
Further details
The resort centre of Caleta de Fuste is a 10 minute walk away with the shops, bars and restaurants of the Montecastillo Centre only a 2 minute walk from the house.
Booking notes
A booking deposit of £50 is required with the balance (plus a refundable breakages deposit of £100) due 8 weeks before travel.

Our holiday has proved to be an excellent choice - especially with two teenagers and a 4 year old. We will definitely come again.
It's got to be our best stay in Fuerteventura.
