Our apartment is new in 2006 and has been furnished to a very high standard with furniture and fittings including Large flat screen TV, showing BBC1, BBC2, ITV and Channel 4 & 5 plus approx 20 more English channels. there is also a DVD Player. The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and also has beautiful views of Los Cristianos Harbour. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer etc and has everything you need for a perfect holiday. There are 2 terraces and the top floor terrace is completely private with stunning sea views and has the sun all day. The complex has some nice bars and restaurants closeby but is far enough away so that no noise comes from them. It is 10 minutes walk to the sea front and the beach.

Choice of golf courses within a short drive (nearest 5 mins drive away).
Travel
El Mirador is a 15 min drive from Tenerife South Airport (Reina Sofia), as the complex is situated close to all the amenities in Los Cristianos it is not necessary to hire a car unless you want to explore the island.
Distances
You can walk to Los Cristianos town centre in approx 10 mins and if you wish to catch the bus to visit other areas of Tenerife the bus terminus is less than 10 mins away. If you are up to the walk you could stroll along the sea front to Las Americas in about 40 mins.
Booking notes
A deposit of £100 per week is required (Non - Refundable)with the full balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Please note that if the booking is cancelled within 2 x weeks of the start of your holiday no refund will be made.
