The villa has a fully clean once a week and a mini clean midweek. The pool is cleaned twice a week. We provide a welcome pack for your arrival (bread, milk, ham/cheese, butter, wine etc). |

Notes on accommodation
We cater for young children and provide cots, highchairs, babywalkers, toys, vidoes, games - Thomas the Tank or Barbie quilt covers! - we do not charge for these.
Outside
Casa del Verano has large terraces with a stone built BBQ, the private heated swimming pool (electric heater with solar pool cover) set in about 1/5 of an acre of mature gardens- with a volcanic walk making it feel very private.
Coast/Beach
2 mins walk to sea front.
5-10 mins walk to white sandy beach.
2 mins walk to supermarket.
Golf
10 mins drive to large golf course.
Travel
Airport - Arrecife airport. About a 20 min drive to the villa costing about £17-£20 each way.
Distances
Playa Blanca is about a 2 mins drive.

About the owner
My husband James and I wanted to buy a second home in the sun. With having young children we wanted somewhere that was hot all year round but not too far away - Lanzarote seemed the perfect choice. We love the area and villa. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased this property in 2004, having looked at various properties for a few years we knew we wanted to buy in Faro Park. The area is great, a quiet location but easy to get to the main town. We wanted a villa where our little ones could be safe and secure - and have all their things around them. We have boxes of toys for them (and our guests children) to use - because if they are busy I can at least have an hours sunbathing!
