This lovely apartment is situated on the Villa Florida complex in the heart of Caleta De Fuste with its large selection of shops/supermarkets, 5 mins walk from the sandy beach. Airport only 10 mins by taxi or local bus. Fully renovated & decorated in 2006. Fans in each room & satellite TV. Very large sun terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs & sun parasol overlooking the lovely pool with children's section and free sunbeds. Friendly reception, bar serving snacks & meals throughout the day including all-day full English breakfast, good entertainment and pool table. Over the road there is also a children's play area. 1 double bedroom, very small box room which can be used as a single bedroom for a child/storage room or dressing room (no window) double sofabed in lounge. Fully fitted kitchen with microwave, toaster, kettle etc. Bathroom with shower over bath. Airport pick-up services &welcome packs are available. Use of 1 set golf clubs free for guests to use at local golf club.

Changeover day
Wednesday and Saturday are the preferred changeover days as most flights leave from the UK on those days but we can be flexible to suit your requirements. We can also give you a quote for a short break ie Sat-Weds or Weds-Sat during quiet periods.

Outside
Very large sun terrace with 2 sunloungers, chairs and table and sun parasol, directly overlooking the swimming pool with childrens section, pool table. Bar serving meals and snacks during the day and evening (including a lovely full english breakfast, served throughout the day). There is also a variety of good entertainment during the day and evening.
Coast/Beach
Only 5 minutes walk from the lovely safe, sandy beach at Caleta De Fuste. 10 mins walk from more lovely sandy beaches. Nice walks along the coastline in each direction.
Golf
18-hole championship golf course 5 minutes drive away. Another golf course at Jandia in the south of the island. Use of 1 set of golf clubs free to our guests.
Travel
10 minutes from the local airport at Puerto del Rosario by car, taxi or local bus. Airport pick-up service available on request for 28 euros return for 4 people.
Distances
In the heart of Calet De Fuste. Half an hour by car or bus from Corralejo and Jandia.
Further details
Lots of shops and restaurants adjacent to apartment. The lovely safe sandy beach is only 5 mins walk away and the new Atlantico shopping centre 15 mins walk away or 5 minutes by free bus, with a bowling alley, cinema and numerous shops and restaurants. The marina is just 10 mins walk away with boat trips, wind surfing, jet-ski hire, scuba diving and deep sea fishing. A lively Saturday market is within a few mins walk and the new water park at Corralejo is half an hour away by local bus or taxi. Boat trips available to Lanzarote on glass bottom boats (chance to see some dolphins) and good shopping in the resort of Puerto Del Carmen. Details available on request.
Booking notes
There is a £50 (non refundable) deposit, per apartment per week required to secure your booking, and a 100 euro or £75 security bond to be paid at the beginning of your holiday which will be refunded on return of the keys and confirmation of no damage. The balance (non refundable) will be due 8 weeks before departure.
