Casa Laurema has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a brand new fully fitted kitchen complete with marble worktops. It has a twin bedroom with adjacent family shower room and a master bedroom complete with a marble en-suite bathroom. Its southerly aspect provides fantastic views of the sea from the sheltered al fresco dining area, living room and pool terrace area. To the rear you will find views of Montana Roja (Red Mountain). The garden surrounding the pool terrace has been landscaped with palm trees, cacti and other local plants. For kids young and old an XBox 360 games station and WIFI Internet are available for your entertainment.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds and are shown for two people sharing. Additional people are charged at £50 per person per week up to a maximum of four people.
Children under 5 go free. Discounts are available for long winter lets.
WIFI Broadband internet is charged at £20 per week if required.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible.
Departure time is 10am and arrival time is 3pm.
We try to be as flexible as we can with these times in order to suit guests flight times.
| Bedrooms: | There are two bedrooms, both have fitted wardrobes, bedside cabinets. The master has an additional set of drawers. The twin bedroom has two high quality large single beds and the double has a beautiful wrought-iron bedstead with a pocket sprung mattress. |
| Bathrooms: | There is a family shower room complete with a double walk-in shower and the other is en-suite to the master bedroom which has a bath and a shower. Both are finished beautifully with marble surfaces, tiles and surrounds. |
| Kitchen: | Fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven/grill, extractor fan fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker etc. Finished with marble cooking surfaces. Most of the cooking utensils you have at home will be supplied in the kitchen. |
| Utility Room: | Utility room with washing machine, iron, ironing board and clothes dryer. |
| Living Rooms: | A tastefully decorated and furnished property. The spacious lounge has matching white furniture with side-tables, coffee table, wall mirror, TV cabinet and a side cabinet, which contains books, games and local tourist information leaflets. |
| Other: | Whether you have prepared a meal in the kitchen or on the BBQ, where better to enjoy it than at the large al-fresco dining area? From here you can enjoy your meals in comfort and appreciate the stunning views. |

Towels and linen are included. Cot linen is not included. Beach towels are not included. There is a midweek towel change and a weekly towel and linen change. |
Notes on accommodation
WIFI Broadbad Internet is available for all of our guests to enjoy (There is a weekly charge for this). If you are a movie fan then you will enjoy our wide range of DVD's to the max on our Home Cinema System. Fans are in each bedroom and living room and we also provide an electric heater for the winter if it is required.
The villa is completely enclosed with a volcanic wall which makes it extra safe for children. For your safety we have also fitted smoke alarms in the bedrooms and living room.

Accessibility
The property is wheelchair accessible.
Outside
French doors from the lounge and the master bedroom lead out onto the south facing sun terrace area complete with tables, chairs, parasol, swing chair and sun loungers which are positioned around the electrically heated private pool.
A recent improvement to the al-fresco dining area has been the installation of a window, which means that it is enclosed on three sides to protect you from the wind but also maintain the fabulous views to the south.
Coast/Beach
The immediate coastline, a 10 minutes walk, can be viewed from the terrace and is very rugged and rocky. There is a coastal promenade where you can walk into Playa Blanca. The nearest beach is in Playa Flamingo which is 3.5km away. This beach is very sheltered and ideal for children. Playa Blanca beach is white and sandy with a promenade of shops and restaurants. Further afield, 10-15 min drive, you will find Papagayo Beach which claims to be one of the best in all the Canaries.
Golf
The nearest golf course is 40 mins drive away.
Travel
Airport 35km, Arrecife.
Car hire is not essential but is recommended.
From Playa blanca you can catch a regular ferry to Fuerteventura.
Distances
Nearest shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are 5 minutes walk away.
The Natura Palace and Rubicon Palace Hotels are 10 minutes walk.

Beautiful villa, so relaxing very easy to drive around lanzarote. You can order a taxi and it would be there in 5 mins but we enjoyed the villa so much we hardly left it. The pool made our holiday, it was so warm and private & watching the sunset over the sea was beautiful. Next visit to Lanzarote we would definately use this villa again. Regular fresh towels and bedding changed, don't usually get that in private villas. Fantastic hol many thanks. Very friendly owner too.
