Notes on accommodation
We cater for young children and provide cots, highchairs, babywalkers, toys, vidoes, games - even Thomas the Tank or Barbie quilt covers! - we do not charge for these. The villa is surrounded by a volcanic wall making it very safe and private.

Private heated pool (electric heater and solar pool cover) (8x4 mtrs) with Roman steps. Stone built BBQ. The villa is set in 1/5 of an acre of mature gardens, surrounded by a volcanic wall making it very private.

The villa is about a two minute walk from the sea front.

About the owner
My husband James and I wanted to buy a second home in the sun. With having young children we wanted somewhere that was hot all year round but not too far away - Lanzarote seemed the perfect choice. We love the area and villa. We hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We purchased this property in 2004, having looked at various locations in Lanzarote for a few years we knew we wanted to buy in Faro Park. The area is great, a quiet location but easy access to the main town. We wanted a villa where our little ones could be safe and secure - and have all their things around them. We have boxes of toys for them (and our guests children) to use - because if they are busy I can at least have an hour or two sunbathing!
