Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds for up to
4 people sharing. An extra £50 per person per week will be charged for 5th/6th person sharing. Special offers available for late departures (within 1 month) please contact the owner for details. Bookings/Dates will not be held until deposit has been received and confirmed.

Changeover day
Mosts flights are on Wednesdays but this can be flexible and must be confirmed when booking.

Notes on accommodation
No pets and no smoking allowed. Children must be supervised whilst using the pool at all times.

Outside
The rear garden has a large tiled terraced area with small private pool, large stone barbecue, 4 sunloungers, patio table and 6 chairs and sun parasol. Both front and rear gardens are well planted and have outside lights.

Coast/Beach
The famous sand dune beach is a 5 minute drive away and the glorious beach at Jandia is about a 2 hour drive away but is well worth a visit. Also the lagoons at El Cotillo are a must as this is just 15 minutes away by car. There is also a local bus service which stops at La Capellania.

Golf
The nearest golf course is about 40 minutes drive at Caleta De Fuste quite near to the airport.

Travel
The only airport on the island is about 35 minutes drive in the town of Puerto del Rosario. Car hire is available from the airport or I can arrange airport transfers on your behalf.

Distances
La Capellania is a 5 minute drive from Corralejo town centre and waterpark. If your not thinking of hiring a car the local bus stops at the complex and costs 1 euro into town. A taxi will cost approx 5-6 euros.

Further details
There is certainly plenty to see and do at Fuerteventura like a day at the Zoo in Lajita which is a great day out for families as is the waterpark just down in the town.
jetskis, snorkelling and boat trips can all be booked in the harbour as can a trip of Lanzarote on the ferry.

Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday. A £100 refundable breakages deposit is required on all rentals to be added to final payment and to be returned on the day of departure if no breakages/damage. The villa is available from 14.00 hours on arrival and must be vacated by 11.00 hours on day of departure (unless agreed with owner). Please advise flights times when making a booking.
