Notes on prices
Prices are for the apartment per week in UK Pounds based on 2 adults sharing. For an extra 3rd or 4th person in the apartment there will be an additional charge of £25 per child (up to and including 15 years of age) and £35 per adult per week to cover linen/towels.

Changeover day
Normally a Friday, however, we are flexible dependant on the time of year and length of stay. The apartment will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival and will be required to be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.

Bedrooms: Bedroom has a king size bed which can be converted into singles, large fitted mirrored wardrobes with built-in safe, plenty of hanging, drawer and shelf space, TV with satellite. Ceiling fan and patio doors that access the main terrace.
Bathrooms: Large bathroom with bath/shower, WC and bidet. Free standing vanity unit with shaver point, mirror and hairdryer.
Kitchen: Separate large fully equipped fitted American style kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven and hob, granite work surfaces, extractor hood and filter, microwave, toaster and kettle.
Utility Room: There is a cupboard off the entrance hall which can be used for storage and additional hanging space.
Living Rooms: Double/two single bedded sofa, single lounge chair, dining table and 4 chairs. DVD and CD player, TV (with Euro Sports, BBC World, CNN, Sky News, ITV1 and BBC1 and 2). Ceiling fan and patio doors that access the main terrace.
Other: Large terrace with table, 4chairs and 2sun loungers.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Towels and linen are included on arrival and the apartment will have been cleaned. If required, arrangements can be made for a clean and linen change during a 2 week or more rental period for an additional cost of £45 per clean/linen change.

Outside
The complex has 2 large pools (one heated in the winter months), children’s pool, pool table, mini golf, children’s play ground, table football and air soccer table. There is a poolside bar/restaurant and residents have the use of free sun loungers with padded cushions and umbrellas. A well stocked supermarket and laundry is also on-site.

Coast/Beach
The resorts and beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are approx a 20 min walk from the complex. A taxi will cost in the region of 5 euros and are available from the taxi rank outside the main entrance of the complex.

Golf
Granada Park is at the eastern end of Las Americas 18 hole par 72 golf course. The club house is approx a 10 min walk from the complex or a taxi will cost in the region of 5 euros and are available from the taxi rank outside the main entrance of the complex. See our website for details of the other 4 golf courses (Golf del Sur - Amarilla - Costa Adeje - Los Palos) all within easy reach of the complex.

Travel
Reina Sofia, Tenerife’s Southern Airport (TFS) is approx a 15 min taxi journey from the complex and will cost in the region of 20 euros. There are a number of reasonably priced car hire companies all with easy collection and return facilities at the airport. Most of these can be booked on the internet and payment is only required upon arrival.

Further details
There are a number of excellent restaurants in Los Cristianos and Las Americas to suit all tastes. A book containing local information is in the apartment and a stand containing leaflets of all attractions/excursions etc in Tenerife is available in the reception. Some of the most popular attractions/excursions are Mount Teide National Park, Loro Parque, The Karting Centre, Sky Park, Siam Park and Aqualand the Water Parks.

Booking notes
A £75 per week non-refundable deposit is required to secure each booking. A £50 security deposit is also required with your final payment and will be returned once we have received the key back after your stay.
