Accommodation comprises of 2 bedrooms upstairs (1 double and 1 twin) both with en-suite with access to terrace and sea views. Lower ground floor with twin bedroom. Downstairs large living room with terrace and sea views, TV with UK channels, DVD player. Also with optional sleeping accommodation plus toilet with shower. Large fully fitted kitchen, washing machine, and access to terrace. Lower floor with extra twin double bedroom and large double garage. The property is a 10 minute walk to the main area of hotels, bars, banks, restaurants, pharmacy, doctors, supermarkets etc and 10 minutes away from the nearest beach. The beach itself is half sand half pebble with many rocks and a jetty that is ideal for fishing, snorkelling etc. The resort is 10 minute drive from the busy Las Americas and Los Cristianos areas. Taxis and buses are available.

Prices are for the property per week in UK pounds.
The prices shown are for 2 people, add £25 for each extra person. There is no charge for letting, as this is not a tourist operation. The charges are only for the utilities, including, Electric, Water, Communal fees, Cleaning, Servicing.
A great place for friends and family. I have a rate for long term minimum 1 month in 2009 at £220 per week.

Outside
The site has mature gardens all around and the terrace has large table with umbrella gazeebo and chairs and 6 sunloungers. The large shared pool is at the centre of the site together with a children’s pool. A full size tennis court and large children’s play area is close to the house.

Coast/Beach
Local pebble/sand beach 15 mins walk. Many other beaches within 15 mins drive.

Golf
10 mins to Adeje golf, other courses are easily reached as they are only 20 mins to other courses.

Travel
Tenerife south airport about 20 mins travel by taxi or we can arrange pick up. Car hire is cheap and simple either pre booked or at the airport. I always pre book and collect at the airport (about £90 a week).

Distances
Playa Las Americas is 15 euros taxi ride or cheap local bus ride. Los Gigantes is a 40 min drive along the coast.

Further details
Local supermarkets are good in the short walk down to the town where there are bars and restaurants galore. It is a short 5 min drive to the large hypermarkets.

To book we need a deposit & full payment before you travel, either cheque, cash or credit card. Details of directions etc will be sent to you. The keys will be sent to you or on site with a resident.
