Notes on accommodation
Enclosed gates and private fencing make this excellent for families with recently extended large patio area which is ideal for sunbathing/BBQs. Golf clubs and child cots/highchair available on request at no cost.

Outside
Large extended tiled patio area includes table and chairs, 6 sunbeds and large concrete BBQ. Also terraces to front and back of house. Swimming pools very close.

Coast/Beach
15 minutes walk from beach in front of 4* and 5* hotels adjacent to Atlantico Centre in Calete De Fuste. Beaches here are sandy and sheltered. A further 10 minutes walk to the beach at the main resort of Calete De Fuste and the very shallow beaches.

Golf
10 Minutes walk form the club house of the Fuerteventura Golf Course (host of the 2004 Spanish Open). Course is a challenging 18 hole course with Links like weather conditions (wind) most of the year round and narrow fairways as you cut through the villas and surrounding area. Also next door to a new golf course. Driving range is excellent for adults and children alike and at 3 euro for 50 balls (2006) is not expensive.

Travel
10 to 15 minutes drive (10 miles) to Fuerteventura Airport. (Less than 10 Euros in a taxi (2006)).

Distances
5 minutes drive, 20 minutes walk to the resort centre of Caleta De Fuste and it's bars and restaurants.
15 minutes walk, 2 minutes drive to Atlantico Centre with main supermarket and variety of shops, bars and restaurants, together with bowling, pool, arcades and cinema (Spanish Speaking Films only).

£100 deposit on booking, but held for reasonable period (usually 1 week) subject to confirmation of flight booking, deposit sent).
Remaining amount due 6 weeks prior to departure.
