Spectacular sunrises in the mornings and sunshine until late afternoon.Sea and mountain views. Use of communal swimming pools. Beautiful gardens throughout the complex.
Coast/Beach
15 minute walk to Playa Flamingo (2 minutes drive). 10 minute drive to the famous Papagayo beaches. Playa Blanca offers a stunning pedestrian/cycle route along the coast line, overlooking Fuerteventura, passing bars, restaurants and shops along the way. Pick up the coastal walk at the end of the road.
Golf
Golf at the moment is 30 minutes away at Costa Teguise.
Travel
Arrecife airport 30 kms. Car hire is recommended although taxis are cheap and reliable. Typical cost, from the apartment to the centre of town, 3.50 euros (£2). We have ample parking space.
Distances
Playa Blanca town centre, 20 mins walk or 5 mins in a taxi. The Puerto which also offers bars, restaurants and night-life is also close by. Whole island is never more than an hour's drive away. Regular 20 minute fast ferry to Fuerteventura.
Walkers would love the stroll up Montana Roja which is almost outside the gates. Or take the coastal footpath which runs the whole length of the resort.
Further details
Playa Blanca has a vast selection of bars, restaurants and supermarkets to cater for all tastes. Large pedestrian shopping area and paved coastal walk/cycle route. Puerto and Marina. Timanfaya National Park and world heritage centre is only 10 mins drive away.
