Villa en Roca is located in the exclusive quiet development of Las Coloradas. The detached villa is comfortably furnished to a high standard and set in a peaceful location with mature gardens. All doors have shutters and open out onto the terrace/pool area. The private swimming pool has a roman end with gentle steps for ease of access, solar heating and an outdoor shower. There is a chimney BBQ with patio area, there is also is a separate patio area with a part shaded section, sun loungers, table and chairs. The villa has been equipped and furnished with holidaymakers in mind and you will find everything you need for a perfect holiday. Our friends who live nearby will be available if there is anything you need to make your holiday one to remember!

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. The above prices are based on 2 people sharing, please add £35 per additional person, per week.

Bathroom towels and linen are provided. The property is cleaned every week. Towels and linen are changed weekly. |
Outside
The large mature gardens are a pleasure for relaxation. The private solar heated swimming pool has a roman end with gentle steps for ease of access, an outdoor shower is also provided. There is a chimney bbq with patio area. There is a separate patio area with a part shaded section, sunloungers and table and chairs. There are a few steps leading up to the property with a small gate at the entrance.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk away, it is said to be the first bay of Papagayo, the other bays are about a 15 minute walk from the villa. The far end of the Papagayo bays can be reached by car over a dirt track road, there you will find a car park, restaurant and bar. Driving towards Playa Blanca for about 3 mins, turn left into the Hotel Dorada car park and the Dorada beach is a 2 minute walk away.There is also a beach in Playa Blanca centre and Flamingo beach further along the promenade
Travel
The airport on Lanzarote is at Arrecife, which is approximately 30 minutes drive away. A taxi rank is just outside the terminal building, although car hire is recommended.
Distances
The island itself is only approximately 35 miles long and 14 miles wide, so all towns and places of interest are only a short drive away.
Further details
Playa Blanca has a multitude of supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and banks. Within walking distance there is a large supermarket and a smaller shop. the island is volcanic, so there are many natural features which have been made available to tourists. Whether its mountain (volcano) climbing, natural bbq chicken, days at the beach, el golfo (natural green lagoon), cactus gardens, stunning views of the valley of a thousand palms; La Graciosa island; Fuerteventura, exclusive marinas, water-sports, the list is endless. There is something for everyone!
