Suitable for couples, families, friends, as well as several groups or families (up to 18) who want to socialise and holiday together, yet still have their own ‘privacy’. Nestled at the foot of Montana Cabreras, in the sleepy Canarian hamlet of Las Cabreras, they are 1km north of the village of Tahiche, 4kms south of the ancient capital, Teguise 6km from both the capital city, Arrecife & the holiday resort of Costa Teguise, and a wider selection of all amenities including several sandy beaches, water sports, shops, bars, restaurants, 18 hole golf course & water park.

Prices per villa per week - dependant on no persons.
No supplements charged for Xmas/New Year or peak periods. No charge for infants (ie. Under 2 years old in cots). Cots/highchairs provided free of charge.

Changeover day
Flexible, although as the majority of flights to Lanzarote arrive and depart on Thursdays from UK. Most changeovers are on Thursdays, but we accommodate arrivals on other days. Please email us for availability on your required dates.

Notes on accommodation
Suitable for friends, families with children, couples; and evereyone who wants a relaxing, peaceful, tranquil, "away from it all" holiday location, with the added advantage of being only a few minutes drive from the hustle and bustle of the resorts, (if you REALLY feel the need to go there!).

Excellent sandy beaches and windsurfing within 6-7 mins drive at Costa Teguise (6km); 20 mins drive to lovely gently sloping white beaches along the coast from Arrieta (15km); the exhilarating surfing beaches at Famara (15km); and the busier tourist beaches of Puerto del Carmen (20km).

Special interest holidays
Excellent very private and rural location only a few minuted drive from the coast, the capital and a great central base from which to tour the islands many wonders and attractions. Ideal location for walking & cycling holidays, birdwatching in the local areas, as well as from the villa gardens and terraces, due to its peaceful location, naturists (restricted to within own villa grounds).

Booking notes
Enquiries & Reservations can be made by email or phone to UK or Lanzarote numbers (UK calls are diverted abroad at OUR cost). Provisional reservations will be held up to 5 days, whilst you organise your flights. 20% deposit required for confirmation of booking. Balance due to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. Payment acceptable by BACS transfer, telephone banking, or cash/cheque "counter payment" into our UK bank account. (We do NOT accept credit card payments).
