Our lower 2-bedroomed apartment is within a complex of 9 privately owned apartments, large balcony with sunshine from midday until sunset. Shared unsupervised swimming pool (0.5m to 1.65m deep). Within walking distance of shops, restaurants, Aquapark and the Fantastic New Siam Park. Up from San Eugenio shopping centre, main bus depot, Puerto Colon harbour and beach, from airport join motorway then turn off at junction 29, bear right at fork (3rd turning), we are 20m up hill on the right (@15 mins from airport).

Changeover day
Usually Tue/Friday but will try to be flexible. Arrivals after 3pm and departures before 11am to allow for cleaning, later departures subject to guest arrivals & cleaning schedule (phone agent min 24 hours before leaving for availabillity).

Apartment is cleaned before arrival. Additional cleaning, cot/high chair hire can be arranged with agent at an extra cost. Towels (Not for pool use), linen and bedding are provided and changed weekly. |

Free parking bays at front of property. No reception, bars or restaurant on site. Families only, No single sex groups ie.stag or hen parties, Lead name must be over 25. No pets. Please smoke outside.

Accessibility
Not suitable for wheelchair users as there is around 10 steps and a gate up to apartments.
Outside
Shared small/medium pool with sunshine all day, Not heated or supervised (children must be supervised at all times), outside shower, sun loungers/chairs around pool area.
Coast/Beach
Puerto Colon boat marina with its safe sandy beach, resturants and bars 10-15 mins walk down/3-5€ taxi back.
Golf
Campo de Golf is nearby around a 5-10 mins drive or a further 15 mins drive away is Golf de Sur and Amarilla golf. We also have 2 adjoining large 1-bedroomed apartments in Amarilla golf Ref C240).
Travel
Tenerife south (Reina Sofia) is a 15-20 mins taxi drive, Taxi rank located outside main terminal approx 25 euros. Several car hire companies operate inside terminal from 90-120 euros per week and you can book them online.
Distances
Easy walking distance to both water parks, Siamparktenerife.com is just around corner, 5-10 mins walk to nearest shops, restaurants/bars and public phone.
Further details
(5-10 mins walk) San Eugenio shopping centre has a large mix of shops, bars, restaurants and a large supermarket underneath with a 24 hour taxi rank (cashpoints nearby).
Hospital, post office, casino and main bus depot all max 15 mins walking distance.
Booking notes
We will email our booking forms on request. A £50 per week deposit is required with our booking form to secure your dates, (booking confirmed by email after receipt of deposit or full payment), full payment is required 8 weeks prior to departure and keys will be sent by special post. Deposit will be repaid on agents inspection and key return.
