Changeover day
Changeover days are either Tuesday or Friday depending on previous occupancy. On arrival entry to the apartment can be gained from 3 pm. Departure times from the apartment are 12 noon unless otherwise pre-arranged.

Security safe with keys. Apartment is suitable for children and the complex is suitable for both adults and children with daily entertainment.
Outside
Patio chairs and table on the terrace. Community garden areas and outdoor furniture including sunbeds available for use (free) around the swimming pool. Large pool area which is heated in the winter months.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach is that of Playa de Las Americas located just 5 mins by walk. You then have the beach at Puerto Colon just 10 mins by walk. You can also reach the beach of Fañabe/Bahia del Duque within 15 min walk.
Golf
Golf courses are located within the area of Las Americas and Adeje just a 5 min taxi ride to Las Americas.
Travel
Reina Sofia airport is the closely located in the South of the island just 10-15 mins by taxi at a cost of approx 25 euros one way. Car hire is also available from the airport direct and you would then exit the airport direct onto the TF1 direction Los Cristianos and leave the motorway at the San Eugenio exit,after Las Americas Exit. We can assist you with the transfer service from the airport, and the driver show you the apartment and give the key.
Distances
Situated at only few stwps the new Siam Park,and very close the Aquapark with a dolphin show daily. The Loro Park located on the North of the Island at Puerto de la Cruz is an hour and a half by local bus. The Casino is located 5 mins walk from the apartment.
Further details
A large shopping centre (San Eugenio Commercial Centre) is located just 2-3 mins walk where you can find a supermarket, rent a car, major banks, bars, shops and restaurants.
Booking notes
A reservation deposit is required at time of booking of 40% and the remainder when you arrive to Tenerife. The reservation deposit will be returned in full should the booking be cancelled before 8 weeks of arrival. Should the booking be cancelled within 4 weeks of arrival then half of the fee will be returned. Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival will not be refunded.
