| Kitchen: | The kitchen comes fully equipped with an oven, hob and extractor, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. The cupboards are stocked with all the pots and pans you could possibly want down to a sandwich toaster! |
| Utility Room: | In the utility room there is a washing machine, clothes airer and pegs etc. There are 2 mountain bikes in the store for the sporty ones in the family! |
| Living Rooms: | The beautiful colonial lounge is cool and comfy and has the benefit of Sky satellite TV with a DVD player and CD player. There is a selection of DVD's, books and CD's for your use. Patio doors lead to the shaded pergola and patio/pool area. |
| Other: | There is an alfresco dining area for seating up to 10 people ideal for those sunset BBQ's. The Villa is tiled in marble throughout including the bathroom. If it’s a peaceful location with a luxury villa then look no further as this villa has it all. |

Arrecife airport is a 35 minute drive by car or taxi.

About the owner
I first set up the business 'Lanz Luxury Villas' in 2004 with one villa and to date have nearly 130 luxury villas in my portfolio on Lanzarote. Ranging from 1 bedroom villa to a 10 bedroom villas. Most of the Villas have private pools. What I love about the properties is that they all have been fitted out to a high standard and the fact that I get so many repeat customers must mean I'm doing something right.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought our first villa here in 1983 because we came here on holiday as a family and fell in love with the island of Lanzarote. So much so, we eventually moved out here lock, stock and barrel!
With a young family it is just a great place to be.
