This villas have spectacular sea or mountain views. They offer stylish and private living with high quality modern conveniences to enhance your holiday experience. You can shop at the local supermarket which is within 2 minutes walk in the community square. The square also has a restaurant which welcomes families. There are public telephones and a remarkable see-through swimming pool. The Villas are situated 2 minutes from a superb 18 hole championship golf course and a 9-hole course set amid lakes and mountains (a further 2 18-hole golf courses are within 5 and 15 minutes drive respectively.

Notes on prices
There are slight changes to our price throughout the year. Peak holiday periods tend to be about £100 more and the Christmas period is charged at a premium. Average price is £700 per week (effectively £17 per person per day based on 6 sharing).

Changeover day is Saturday or Monday.

There are 3 bedrooms sleeping 6 people in comfort. Each bedroom has its own television. Master and second bedroom are air conditioned for cool comfortable nights; an electric fan is provided in the third bedroom.
There are 2 fully grade 1 marble tiled wet areas. A bathroom with shower and toilet and a shower room with toilet. A hairdryer is provided.
Fully fitted, marble surfaces with tiled surround. Modern equipment by name brands Whirlpool and Bosch. Coffee maker, kettle, full set of crockery and cuttlery; Washer dryer, fridge freezer, dishwasher.
Brush, dustpan and brush, clothes dryer.
The inside living area is fully air conditioned and tiled in polished granite so that you enjoy a cool comfortable environment when the weather is very hot and you can rest comfortably at night. There is lounge seating and dining seating for 8 people.

Outside
The villas have 2 main terraces. The living room opens onto the upper, marble tiled terrace which have either sea or golf and mountains. There is furniture for outdoor dining and lounging. The lower terrace features a soothing hydro-massage pool and additional sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The properties are about 800m from the beach there are 3 beaches within a 2-3 min drive.
Golf
There are 5 golf courses within 15 mins drive of Anfi Tauro. Within 2 mins walk of the property the most convenient is the Van Hagge designed 9 hole course, an oasis of green within a stark mountainous granite surround. The new 18-hole championship course is now complete. The 9-hole course has had a great deal of attention to detail taken over it and it plays very well. The 18-hole course is spectacular and challenging with stunning views; it is also a Van Hagge designed course.
Special interest holidays
Gran Canaria is a European Divers' paradise. Independent divers should probably start at Amadores beach. Angel sharks, Basslets, wrasse, parrott fish; there is a full gamut of mid Atlantic sea life. Water temperature ranges from a low of 18 degrees in January through to March to 25 degrees from July through to November. We are happy to recommend the padi people we have confidence in and our local dive shop. The world class diving is to be found in the Arinaga natural reserve.
Travel
The nearest airport is Las Palmas (LPA), Gran Canaria Airport. Drive time is about 35-40 mins. We recommend a car though it is not absolutely necessary.
Distances
Nearest towns: Puerto Rico 2km, Mogan 14km, Playa del Ingles 16km, Arguineguin 8km. Beaches Tauro 600m, Amadores (best local beach) 800m (half mile), Playa del Cura 1km.
