Los Gigantes is a "select" resort in the south west corner of Tenerife which boasts the best climate. The apartment is situated on the marina which is the focal point of the village. The apartment benefits from a sunny balcony in the afternoon for taking in the view and watching the world go by. All linen and towels (except beach towels - although these may be hired from our local manager) are included. The apartment is fitted with a safe and most of the rooms have fans.

Changeover day
Friday is our main changeover. Check in is at 1600hrs and check out at 1000hrs - these can be altered subject to prior arrangement.
We can be flexible over changeover and length of stay subject to prior agreement and availability.

Accessibility
One apartment is on the ground floor however it must be noted the apartment is split level internally. The other is third floor accessed by lift and or stairs
Outside
There is no swimming pool at the complex itself, however we have discounted rates on the small charges at the adjacent seawater lido "El Laguillo" and the "Oasis" Club (which has grassy lawns & is a favourite with families) nearby.
There are other leisure facilities in Los Gigantes, such as tennis courts and a heated pool.
Coast/Beach
There is a small black/silver sand beach 2 minutes walk away and the coastal path extends through the village to neighbouring Puerto Santiago/ Playa De la Arena.
Golf
There is a championship course 15 mins drive away, with 3 9-hole courses at Abama.
Special interest holidays
There are a selection of guided walks which take in the outstanding natural beauty and flora and fauna. Along with boat rides to see dolphins and pilot whales.
Travel
Flights from the UK are to Reina Sofia Tenerife South airport - please phone for advice.
Hire car is not essential, but recommended to explore the island. Taxis are cheaply priced and there is a very good bus service.
We have a negotiated discount with a local car hire company.
Distances
The apartment is at the heart of Los Gigantes and a short taxi ride from neighbouring resorts.
It is 30-45 minutes from the airport.
We can also recommend a competitively priced transfer service.
Further details
Shops, bars and restaurants are all within a stone's throw to suit all tastes and budgets. There are several reasonably priced supermarkets in the vicinity.
Los Gigantes is served by several banks with cashpoint facilities and credit cards are widely accepted.

Bookings will only be secured with completed booking form and deposit received within 7 days of enquiry.
Balance of holiday payment including extras due no later than 8 weeks prior.

Poblado Marinero apartments are ex Holiday Property Bond's best selling location! They are extremely well equipped and maintained and are extremely popular with new and old clients. They were also chosen for the prime location within the complex and unrivalled views and their unique Canarian charm! Village Centre was personally sourced for it's day long sun, small compact complex and excellent village centre location.
